In todays video, I am showing you how I personally create my own detox-wellness shots at home. It’s so much more affordable and you know exactly what is being put into your body.
INGREDIENTS:
3 oranges
1 lime, squeezed
1/2" ginger root
1" turmeric root
1/4 cup, water

“Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub” (any of the scents) that you can get from Walmart will help with a turmeric stained manicure. I make wellness shots but I love my manicure. So I just wash my hands with that afterwards and the turmeric stain fades as you wash and afterwards. Plus it smells so good.😊 Hope this helps!

Thanks! I make the same thing-but I use way more ginger and lemons instead of limes. I was using the fresh turmeric but now I use powdered-and a dash of black pepper (to help with the turmeric).

I'm interesting in gaining weight but I need to detox and colon cleanser. I looking into having a colonic done so I will be able to cleanse my inside of my body for health reason not for weight lost. Do you have a receipe for cleansing inside of our body that will not make me lose too much weight.

I can’t have citrus due to acid reflux

I can't either, but for the past 6 months I've been taking natural supplements to help with GERD or Acid reflux. L-Glutamine, DGL, & Pepsin. I only use the Pepsin if I eat something that irritates my guts. The other 2 I take everyday and I can eat citrus with no problem. Give it a try.
