If the right nasal way is blocked then you press with the finger on the right side of nose? It would make sense to me to block with finger the left side for the breathing to be balanced.

Thank you for the video. One question. You mentioned the situation when the right nostril is blocked, but in fact you point to the left nostril and then you close right nostril and do Kapabhati with left nostril open. So in essence are you saying that if a particular nostril is blocked, then close that nostril and do Kapabhati on the nostril that is open?
I noticed that too. It makes sense to keep the blocked nostril open (so more air can flow and help open it ) and close the one that's fully open and then do kapalabhati. Around 6:19 min into the video, he offers clarification which I think is in line with what I said in the previous sentence.
