Ole nice videos, Nepal and now in Bali, blessed so young , amazing you can travel so much ! I hope my sons so the same ,..when you have a job and kids, mortgage etc I feel you will need to go back my dear.. enjoy it while you can. I intend to go Nepal at 53 ...

Great video and tips/info! Thank you for sharing as i will be doing the 5-day detox here in May 😌 what type of dosha are you? Did you know what you were prior to the program? If so was it different to what you thought you were? Lemme know thank u xx

Hi Lisa, I had some online tests to identify my dosha and it was Pitta Vata. On the consultation Doctor has confirmed it, but my Vata was more unbalanced, so all medicine and diet recommendations were more focused to balance Vata. Probably the biggest change in my diet I need to make is to eat less raw foods (like salads), as I thought they are good for me, but it was impacting my Vata even more. Do the rooms have a/c at the center? How much more is it to stay in a hotel?

Cheryl S Hi Cheryl, our room had AC, and I think all the rooms have it. I haven’t explored prices for hotels as booked straight with the retreat. There are couple of benefits of staying at their facilities: first is that after procedures you feel sometimes very tired and weak and wouldn’t want to walk to far to get to your room, second is that you can socialise with other people on the program during the day in common sitting area, and the last one if you are not feeling well or have any questions you can always approach therapists and doctors during the day.
