A cheap alternative to making a landmine attachment: Materials: (1) A corner (2) Tennis Ball (3) barbell Steps: (1) Cut a cross into the tennis ball (2) insert 1 of the barbell ends into the tennis ball (3) place the side of the barbell that is stuck to the tennis ball into the corner (4) add however many plates (5) enjoy
Hi Jeff, Thanks for the valuable sharing of information through your videos. Does BeChangeBen have a RU-vid channel? Looking for very direct and transferable exercise to increase the power of roundhouse kicks and teeps.
I've personally found Overcoming Isometrics to be helpful in increasing explosiveness. As it teaches your mind to utilize more muscle fibers when you want to.
Hey brother! I am no longer associated with that JKD school. I plan to be at Glory Martial Arts Cetner full time starting Jan 1. How about you shoot me a DM on instagram @mmashredded or email via jeff@mmashredded.com and we can talk there. I don't get notifications on replies
0:31 I had to replay it 5 times and finally turned on the subtitles to understand that he was not saying "ho the best combat athletes in the world train and poo" but "train and improve" 😅
Only good when you are already pretty fit and well trainied. Not good for untrained people who already have inflamations in shoulders or knees. That would destroy them. From a chiropractic point of View.
This workout is clearly inteded to further develop strength and explosiveness in healthy elite combat athletes. Not rehabilitate the injured and sick. There are many other routines that address that goal/situation. Just look somewhere else.
Let me say it differently. When you once had athrosis or inflamations in shoulders and knees and are fine by now, these sort of training will surely backfire and bring it back.
