This is a great performance of a killer song. You can really tell Devin's vocal cords were strained to the limit by the end of this set, though. He once told me after a show that by the end of a tour, his screams sound like Marge Simpson.

I've found so many live videos of Devin singing the little bit before "stupid bastard," and it sounds like he's intentionally singing something different every time. lol. This time, it looks and sounds like he's saying something like, "I've been so far out." (Or Sofa Wok? lol) At least the second part, "Wait For... Me Me Me" is more clear this time. In the past, he usually sings the other part. That was never really clear either. But on the Empath Live Vol 2 set (online concert + Blu-ray release), he pretty clearly sang, "It's alright... (to try). It's alright to feel..." Just so absolutely perfect that the one time we've got a great vantage point to parse the words, security is walking in front of the camera.
