He's a trip. Love watching him do interviews. He actually likes doing them. That's a first for a musician. All other musicians look bored or annoyed. Love u Devin.
holy shit one of the best interviews of all time,, sleep deprived devin is comedy gold and the interviewer really knew how to roll with it and sync up to his personality seamlessly,, love it !!
This randomly popped up on my RU-vid suggested videos and I'm so glad, this cracked me up! He's so charming in a quirky way. "Sitting On A Hay Thing!" Jethro Tull bit was hilarious and Devin's look at 1:56 😅
This interview was funny back then and still is. But following Devin in the past few years (since Empath and Covid times) draws a unique change/shift in Devin's psychie. After listening to podcasts, you start seeing how the changes he made affected his trip. The happiness he had during this era is almost infectious, but you can clearly see he is preparing himself mentally towards the giant change of leaving the DTP and his mid-life-crisis stuff which led to Empath - which imho one of the most important pieces of music ever created. 🙏
"Sitting on a hay thing..." LOL... He just changed the text of the first line of Jethro Tulls "Aqualung" and sang it... Pure Brilliance! :-D Damn, i haven't heard the original song more than 20 years!
Guys, this is how you make women want you: make them laugh, make up stories no matter how rediculous they are. He is talking about is bladder, getting a finger up his a** and she is so into the conversation that she hardly asks any questions. Dev is such a cool guy
I can't help but notice this woman was trying so hard to make sly passes at him, and he was doing everything but reciprocating them. Poor guy. lol 1:55 is a perfect example. Woman.....he's married and not interested. XD
