Hey gang, welcome to Down From The Attic. We're looking at a brand new mechanical ball bearing game, Revolution Runner from Spin Master! This is a really challenging little toy but man oh man is it fun.
Perplexus toys are GOATED (yes, the Revolution Runner is itself a Perplexus game). Definitely worth giving the other ones a try too, there's like over 20 of them, including a new one recently, Perplexus Portal. And some of them are REALLY difficult and really fun.
Great video as usual Luke! I've been catching up on your videos over the last week or so and I must say I've enjoyed them all, just thought it was appropriate to comment on the newest rather than commenting on each individually! Look forward to the next one :)
Great review Luke, that does look really hard, I was going to say but you beat me to it that it looks like my 2001 superplexus, another great ball bearing game. Didn't realize it but I guess I'm a fan of this type of game to as well as I have an old wooden labarinth as well as Master Maze, which I've had years but only recently finally did it all the way to the middle then back again, look forward to seeing more of your reviews keep up the great work!
I have a few wooden ball bearing games too, I have the wooden labyrinth one you mention, that may be the first of these games I ever played, my uncle had a copy, I was obsessed with it. I will definitely do an episode on the wooden ones in the future. I have a super plexus somewhere in the attic, just can't lay my hand to it...had the one with music...that really really annoying music...I hope if I find the batteries are dead :D
That was an interesting marble game for a roller bearing gang. I mean if you're interested, please check out my RU-vid channel. I do mostly model railroad train reviews. And some history here and there.
Luke!, long time fan, and fellow enthusiast of marble games - have you seen these? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c1LRu8DqOKM.html Super rare, but cool nonetheless!
I haven't seen that one no, thanks for the heads up! With it being Mario, I'm assuming it has to be an Epoch game as they make all the Mario themed ball bearing game. Still on the hunt for one of the two player Mario kart games. Have been gifted a few new ball bearing games over Christmas, some infuriatingly difficult ones too!
