Caroline Jordan I just wanna say thank you so much for making these videos. I just got done the workout and I feel amazing. Thank you a million times. Your awesome.
I love the exercise as it definitely lowers my blood sugar. I had my dinner and two hours later my blood sugar was 7.5. After the exercise it went down to 5.2. Wow! The exercise is great.
Thanks so much for these workouts I have gestational diabetes I'm 8 months pregnant and these workouts keep me from going on insulin and still enjoying treats every now and then ! I was 147 and after workout I was 101 ! Thank you !
29 weeks pregnant with GDM. I started with a reading of 171, and it dropped to 142 after the video. WOW!🤯 definitely going to implement this into my daily routine!!! Thank you Caroline!!!
I am not diabetic but started this routine a week ago the first few days I struggled with what seems like simple exercises, day six completed the whole routine so something is improving ... thank you love the positive mental attitude that comes with this video ...just have to master the abs routine which is proving more challenging... practice practice practice
You know, Caroline. I have to chuckle because I am a 42 year old female with a moderately physical career (I am a Licensed Massage Therapist) and I always feel completely exhausted after a full day of at least 6-7 one hour massage sessions. So, my brain tells me that I don't need to add extra workouts because massaging is full of side-to-side lunges, squats, lifts and holds, isometric contractions and bending over, lifting up, etc. During this quarantine, I have been laid off since the middle of March and I stay busy by doing chores around the house, deep cleaning, washing laundry and hanging it on the clothesline....(wet laundry in buckets- whewwww! At least 15 pounds!) And I saw your channel. I watched a video and instantly fell in love with your energy and charm. I did a couple chair workouts because I think I was feeling a bit "low" those days and wanted to slowly ease into movement. First of all- your chair workouts caused me to sweat! I was blown away! Second- I just completed your Diabetes workout for blood sugar management and even though I don't have Diabetes, I literally have sweat rolling down my back! I am very impressed by the creativity of your workouts; I tend to get bored easily and completely lose interest. But your options from a pretty-tough-even-in-a-chair routines to Diabetic routines will keep me going. Also I am humbled and even slightly embarrassed at how deconditioned I have become not only since being laid off a month and a half ago but in general. Sure, massage is exercise. But a person needs to do SOMETHING to get their heart rate higher than normal in order to reap full benefits. I want to thank you for being a ray of sunshine in a bit of a gloomy sky for people worldwide right now. I am also realizing how important and essential healthy, purposeful self-care routines are for a human being. We are each so unique and individualized! We are our own best friends! We are our own best advocates! Love one another and love yourself; treat yourself well. Stay healthy and God bless!
I'm a freelance video editor and I'm staying home all the time. I feel so many negativities in my life because of staying home all the time. But because of your workout video, I've been feeling good thank you so much!
Caroline, this evening I tested my sugar level before I did the exercise it was 100 then I took after the workout and it went down to 94. I am Margaret. Thank you for your workout!
WAW! Thank you! when i was practicing physical activity (walking in my neighbourhood) i was always going high. Today i wanted to try if it was a general rule. i was 2.3 mg/dl and more for hours and when i finished this session i was 1.53 mg/dl, and still dropping. I'm very happy that it worked and i'm not always going high when practicing sport. I'm subscribing! THANKS!!!!
Thank you so much!!! I did two of her exercise videos and my blood sugar went from 413 all the way to 265. I am so glad that I finally found a workout that helps me I will be doing this a lot more often.
Type 1 , those exercises are little miracles .... been doing them everyday morning and evening readings in the morning are between 5&7 ; during the day and going to bed are the same .....Thank you so much for sharing 👍🏼
Hi.It's been almost two weeks that I exercise with your workout to normalize blood sugar and it has reduced my blood sugar so I am really thankful for it.
It works! I checked my blood sugar before starting this exercise and after doing the exercise. My blood sugar went down 25 units. Thank you! Will try to keep doing this exercise everyday.
I haven't exercised in years and this is my 2nd day. I find that I run out of steam after 5-6 minutes but I continue to push myself because of the instructor. Thank you for the inspiration and opportunity to get healthier.

Hi, I happened to come across your exercise videos recently, 2 months ago. But I must say that I love following them. I am a diabetic since a long time and live in India. For most part it is under control, provided I do daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. I find your exercise routine doable and they're in stages. I would continue with them. Great job. Thanks.
I have type 1 diabetes and any sports or exercise will help your overall health. You should also mention that there is two different types of diabetes . Good job on this workout routine and keep up the good work.
Wonderful cardio interval workout Caroline. I paired this with your Diabetes Exercises at Home Level 3 WO along with your 8 Minute Simple WO to Lose Weight Without the Gym, Your 5 Min Arm WO without weights, your Diabetes Best Stretches and now I am really glistening (sparkling). Thanks Caroline!
I was newly diagnosed with diabetes..it worries me much but when I started seeking help..I saw this on yt..Im doing the routine everyday since..this is way too Aweslme!! Thanks a lot..
Thank u for giving me this option. As of right now I only do a stretching routine but I think I'm going to add this and try to do it every morning or work up to doing it every morning and evening. We're not allowed to go to the parks right now, which is my walking routine and all the gyms are closed due to this stupid virus. Thank u for giving me a home routine I can easily follow!! ❤
Thanks a lot for your videos Caroline ,I started a week ago with these exercises and I am seeing a lot of improvement in my diabetes and my weight loss journey ❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁
I never able to follow exercise routine for more than 5 days . But this video break my record. The intensity and duration is just right for me,and I like you also suggest some alternatives for difficult posture. Very good for beginner who would like to start workout , not just for diabetics . Thank you so much Caroline
This video is so effective! I did this and another of Caroline’s Level I back to back (just because I like challenges) and after my dinner my BG was 104!
first day of doing this: starting blood sugar: 189 ending blood sugar: 148!! woo!! second day of doing this: starting blood sugar: 177 after: 189 (gonna wait a bit since my blood sugar spikes when my heart rate goes up!) after waiting: 140, woah!
I just did the level 1 diabetes exercise and found it a little easy, so I came to this video. I could only make it half-way through, and I swore at you a lot (no offense, you're great
Love your workout. I'm 65 yo and it's something I can do. While I appreciate your enthusiasm the constant chatter is a bit much 😃 it would be more enjoyable w/o so much talking. Nothing wrong with a few seconds of silence with each exercise.Thank you for the great video!
Hi Caroline! Thanks for this video! i knew i needed to go a little faster. My numbers dropped 100 points after the first 8 minutes! And the journey continues.
Hi Caroline my name is Christine from Mac I'm 67 years old really like working out with you have osterperoios so have to be careful no jumping thanks may God bless you
