There are at least two conflicts where Archangels were engaged in the bible.. against Lucifer in heaven and against Lucifer when he wanted to defame Mose's body. Both times Lucifer lost. The devil Only has power over the earth because God allows him to. It's part of God's plan. God could destroy Lucifer at any moment but God has already said what Lucifer's fate will be. Lucifer will be cast into the lake of fire eventually.

I’m pretty sure in Diablo lore Seraph(singular) and Seraphim(plural) are alternate names for Angels, with the context and history behind these words being the terminology used by early Humans when describing Angels.
This is by far my favorite interpretation of Angels in media, while many people simp for the biblically accurate ones, this interpretation of them still give them an ethereal form, while nor making them look like a monster out of Lovecraft's nightmares

And because of this I made the seraphim space marines chapter. Their first company are the archangels and they are based on the blood angela of course. Give the wings from age of sigmar storm cast and put on the sanguinary gaurd with knight helms from the bretonians they look outstanding. The 3rd company are the terminators because the angelic host are the 2nd and the termies company are known as divine judgement and 3 is always a goond number to put on a pouldren

Michael doesn’t exist in this series nor does the Religion of Christianity or the rest of Abraham faiths/mythology. While the Diablo series does borrow a lot of concepts and characters from the Abrahamic Faiths, I argue it’s story and themes are more in line with Zoroastrianism than Christianity, with Anu and tathamet especially, with them being more comparable to Ahura Mazda and Ahriman, as opposed to God/Jesus/Yahweh/Allah and Devil/Lucifer/Satan/Iblis.
@@brim-skerdouglasson I'm a catholic and i actually feel sympathy for some of the demons, especially lilith, every parent will be devestated once they lose their child, but still that's not denying she's pretty evil asf and i would love to repeat her boss fight over and over. Anyway, in my opinion, you can be whatever religion or be atheist and have fun with this game, this game isn't anti-christian or anti-religion whatsoever nor it makes you root for literal demons, the whole point of the game is for you to pick a class, kill monsters and demons, level up and become more powerful and kill more monsters and demons, the story is just something to spice things up to make you feel like you're not just killing enemies for no reason and if im gonna be honest, the whole diablo storyline is shitty and confusing, blizzard could've done something better
