Since the beep on the line tester is heard across a several inch gap, what happens If the broken ends are nearly touching inside insulation, as would almost always be the case?
@@oliveus great question, you will hear a lower tone, but yes your correct it will be harder to find, I used it yesterday to find wiring in my wall, it worked well 👍🏼
