With my home system With my heat pump with comes it on for heat the auxiliary heat always comes on and stay on cause a high electric bill . Please let me know what is the problem. So I can fix it for my customer.

Just think of the retroactive preventative maintenance benefits. You could call a customer a week ahead of time to schedule that zone board replacement. Seriously, a video on your esp damper controls with an explanation of how the actuators electrically modulate (floating point?) and how directly compatible your Trane and Carrier modulating dampers are (same control strategy?) would be interesting. I think most techs think these techniques are only Back to the Future” material.
