In this video, I show the Diamond Infinite Edge Pro compound bow. THe Diamond Infinite Edge Pro that I got is for my daugther. I figured she could learn how to shoot a compound bow with this Inifinite Edge and use it for many years to come. I also am going to be doing some comparison videos with the Diamond SB1 and Bear Cruzer G2.

Arrows amzn.to/2B5m2e1 Whatever arrows you get, I recommend bright color veins in case they miss the target and the arrow goes down into the grass. I also recommend 400 spine because they will be able to use that arrow for just about the life of the bow even if they get up to shooting weights as high as 70 pounds (given that their draw length is still in the 20s). If in the 30s they will have to go to a little stiffer spine. God bless

I dropped my first archery deer with that bow (a big bodied 7 point buck at 30 yards) 6 weeks after picking up a compound bow for the first time in my life. I hit the range every week, a couple of times a week. I've since moved on to a Mathews, but I passed the Diamond on to my buddy who lets me hunt his land. Even though I'm a Mathews fan, I HIGHLY recommend Bowtech's Diamond brand (especially the Infinite Edge Pro) as a starter bow.

I bought my 14 year old son and my 9 year old daughter one. They seem to be great after quite a bit of tuning. I would like to see a tuning and set up for your young daughter. You have a great channel Sean. All your tuning videos really helped me get them setup.

Best part about that bow is when they out grow the bow, you can turn it into a bowfising bow.

It will be about 14 years for that to happen, but, yes. It could also be passed in to another kid

31" draw and up to 70# draw weight not easily grown out of- I am a 6'1" 225lb man and it does just fine by me.

Oh it's worth mentioning for people, my daughter is 11 but she is physically the size of a 6 year old. She currently has a 10 lb draw weight. These are great blogs for kids because they are so modular, it will grow with them and you can change the draw length yourself as they grow. The draw weight range is awesome for adult archers too, who will gain strength as they continue shooting.

I recently got my kids their first bows, my 11yr old got the Infinite Edge pro, and my son got an Atomic, are your kids able to hold the weight of the Edge? I would have loved to get my 6yr old a bow he can actually hunt with but he’s just too small

Sean's Outdoor Adventures if your little girl finds the infinite edge too heavy check out the Dimond Atomic, it’s what i got my son so he can learn the mechanics and discipline of shooting a bow, I’m hoping in a few years he will inherit the Edge so he can hunt with me.

How long do you think it will be before your kids can pull back the minimum legal draw weight? It's 30 pounds here what about in your state?

I am also Left eyed dominant, I have talked to several people that are as well and they have all told me to shoot a right handed bow, what do you recommend ? is there a difference some of the people I asked used the excuse " bow are made for right handed people " So I shoot right handed.

If you shoot a right handed bow you will probably have to close your left eye to aim. If you shoot a left handed bow you can keep both eyes open and you will have a lot better view of what you are aiming at.

Left is recommended but some people can still do well shooting right handed.

What is the difference between this bow and the sb-1

This has a double yoke system for the cables and the sb1 has no yoke system. This one also goes to 31 inch draw and the sb1 only goes to 29.5 or 30 inch draw. This one also is a little cheaper.
