I wasn’t sold on the 589. I understand that with rising costs having similar parts across the range keeps tooling costs down. Having seen a few of these now it’s growing on me. It’s still a beauty.
Thank you, Jay! It takes some getting used to when seeing the truck from the outside. However, when sitting behind the wheel, you can immediately appreciate the better visibility with the single piece windshield. Feel free to come by and poke your head inside one if you are ever in the Dallas area.
Yes, we can put Lo Pro 24.5s on these. Factory still isn't letting us order Lo Pro 24.5s but we can order with 11R24.5 and swap to Lo Pro 24.5 when the truck arrives. Have done to several units.
It's a GREAT 2021 Peterbilt 579 with 120" ARI Customer Sleeper with only 161K miles. Customer traded it in for a new truck with us. Let me know if you need any other info. Cell is 817-504-7220 and email is quadlandert@rushenterprises.com
I'm average height, skinny, and I can confirm the seat does not go far back enough. There are plenty of times you don't want it for driving, so you'll always have the wheel in your way unless some of the nicer classic trucks.
