Hi Gal, I bought one of them when they were 1st released. I agree that BF is more compatible on this. Have you a link or similar to the PIDs/diff all dump for the 6s analogue version please? I believe that your links are for the digital version only? Stay safe and all the best

Do you think the guts and motor would work fine if transfered over to a "sub250" 5" ultra light frame like the RR outlaw or umagawd 2fiddy? Of course after a crash 🤣

i checked on diatones site and it shows these 2650kv only to be 3-4s and the 2200kv is 4-6s ....i ask because i am dealing with desyncs and hot motor if i use 1300mah 6s on my diatone taycan or the roma f35 they both will desync and its brand new motors pretty much and i have tried them on different esc and everything so i motor limited them ansd the problem went away.....how r you all flying this 2650kv version on 6s? I have good experince with the 1650kv type of this motor but not the 2650kv i just got recently so i would have the correct motors for it ot be 6s and the most poowerful but instead it is causing problems instead of solutions to my 6s issue

It is perfect , i put betaflight on it and configured pids , Thr only problem I had whenever I land the video signal lost and came back , I think vista unit not isolated correctly, any downside hit the video lost!

Thank you for sharing, I have the emu firmware version and I keep getting this weird yaw spin from time to time. I am a Betaflight user and I'm not familiar with emu PID tune. Do you think it flies better after you applied the Betaflight PID tune? I just want to get you feedback before I reflash it to Betaflight.

Hey Gal, I have a question about the Roma F35 Vista with CRSF 6S BnF version which has been driving me insane for several days now. The problem is as follows: My Tango 2 pro easily bound with Crossfire nano after updating firmware on both in agentM, however upon connecting to betaflight (though properly setup and bound) the RC wouldn't control sticks, switches, or arm. I then flashed the FC (MAMBA F722 I2C) with Betaflight 4.3.1--to no avail. It still didn't recognize my RC. I have searched all over online and have mostly found people with this problem had not connected the Crossfire Nano RX to TX on the board. I triple checked mine and even switched them around just to see what would happen. Nothing helped. If you have any idea what the problem could be I'd really appreciate your advice. Sorry this is so long... Thanks

I buy BNF's specifically so I don't have to mess with them! This is just the opposite of that! Lol It sounds like you have to mess with this so much it's just ridiculous. 😥 Besides having to solder in your own choice of receiver, since they screwed up emu flight and you have to flash betaflight plus figure out a tune...it's not for me. And it's certainly not a beginner's quad either. I'm so glad I bought the Emax baby hawk 2 HD! You don't have to do any of this crap with it! 😎🤘 Plus it comes in at over 100 grams less weight, and that's without a receiver. The Emax came with my choice of receiver already soldered and mounted in. I chose a Crossfire, and the mini Immortal T antenna was already mounted in an ideal spot! So, none of the work of mounting the receiver and antenna like with this Diatone. 👍 Probably one of the biggest timesavers and benefits is the Emax baby hawk 2 HD comes with a perfect tune of betaflight already installed. Tuned by their pro pilots it's exquisite! It's flies wonderful! ✅ Add to that the fact that mine came with the Caddx Nebula Pro camera and it's kinda like icing on the cake! None of the numerous hassles and terrible tune, soldering in your choice of receiver, mounting the antenna, and it also weighs over 100 grams less, so it easily gets under the 250 gram weight limit with receiver and 850mah 4s lipo. Considering the simplicity of set up (none) vs. this Diatone ( a huge crap load), the under 250 gram weight, and the superb design and tune, I feel the Emax baby hawk 2 HD is a far superior value and buy! Especially if you're like me and you buy BNF's for them being already tuned and for not having to mess with them. IMO, the Diatone's motors are total over kill, which is obvious because they made no attempt to get under 250 grams and no other 3" or 3.5" quad has ever come out with 22xx motors. Isn't the reason these companies came out with a 3.5" DJI digital quad is because it's the largest size prop that allowed the Digital system to still get under 250 grams without any of the compromises other sizes have had to do to get under 250 grams? Seems to be the case. That makes the Diatone design even less logical. I don't get it! From seeing Gal's flight with all of the shuddering and bad tune characteristics, it seems like it's a poor design choice and a bad buy. Oh well, back to the drawing board, Diatone. Simply too big of a gigantic hassle for me to even consider this quad. And I feel sorry for any beginner for buying this PROJECT! Especially when I had nothing but simplicity and smooth perfect flying with the Emax baby hawk 2 HD! It's way less money too! And, I get no props in view also, and the Diatone does. I think most companies start designing a quad with an objective in mind. Diatone didn't seem to think this out much at all! Lol 😂🥴🤷
