Proof that the Bible could have been (were) written by the Apostles in their lifetimes is that Luke ends Acts with Paul still alive. Peter and Paul were both martyred around 64AD. Luke wrote the Gospel according to Luke prior to writing the Acts of the Apostles which means Luke was also written before the deaths of Peter and Paul. And we believe that Mark was the first Gospel written, which also means it was written before 64AD. No one, not the four Gospels, the book of Acts, Paul's letters, or even the Book of Revelations, mentioned that the Temple in Jerusalem had been destroyed, which means everything, even John and Revelations, were written before 70AD. And Revelations mentions a figure whose name added up to 666, which historians say could/likely was Nero, who died in 68AD. If everything was written prior to 70AD, everything could reasonably have been written by eyewitnesses or those such as Luke and John Mark who knew the eyewitnesses.

Not an outrageous question actually. A few weeks ago on my AOL news feed was an article called 25 Historical Figures Historians Generally Agree Never Existed. Jesus Christ was at the Top of the list along Moses, William Shakespeare, and Johnny Appleseed. just to name a few. Thank you for this video.
