Kratom has been in my life for 6 years every day. I use to use it as a pre workout and post. It kept me off opioids for 6 years. But kratom is still a crutch but its the safest one I could have i believe. I havent felt a difference in my test or performance in the gym but I havent had my levels checked ever. I build muscle fast and I found out a low T score doesn't mean u can't build muscle. Watch coach Greg he explains it with other individuals with low t and they build muscle. Genetics matter

No, you can clearly tell the point when he deviated from his own spiritual path and became more systematically addicted with his mentality and his channel videos highly reflect that, it's why alot of people migrated over to Tom's channel now. in a very positive way, Adam has become the guy he said he'd never be, he's a guy addicted to be being better with himself , alot of us are, but it's at his core now, in today's socal sphere that's a very good thing, almost normal, but for and others, it's hard to watch.

Many people who want to look big and ripped, do so to 'improve' how others look at them. They want people who see them to go, ohh man he's ripped or hard working. Its to feed the ego. Even if they say its not for that, that is what's happening, so results are results. To deny it then goes into the 'holier than though' spiral. Adam has had some great material over the years. But being a successful vlogger requires a big ego. Just admit it, you want to look good on camera, you want to look ripped, you want to impress people. That doesn't mean its 'bad' it just is. Having big Ego is very key to success in a capitalist society. Just remember you don't get to take all the money and muscle with you in the end. I like you both either way and thank you for your work.

From one addict to another. It really seems as though he is stuck in the loop. You stop one drug and move on to the other, constantly chasing a feeling that you won't ever find through any drug. I mean absolutely no hate. I still follow him and watch his content and support his journey. But I really do think he truly needs to sit with himself. And not in a sense of going out into the wilderness and being alone. He needs to truly be with himself alone, and not on anything. Becoming a healthy and happy person means you got to allow yourself to truly feel. To be able to be dependent on just yourself (to an extent of course). Also, I think trauma therapy can be so helpful.

@@eatassonthefirstdate Many people have put kratom withdrawals on par with heroin/other opiates when it's dosed high enough. The withdrawals obviously don't last as long though and you won't have as intense of a craving. I'm not saying what I went through was the same as heroin withdrawal but it likely wasn't far off given how much I was taking a day. I'd even put kratom withdrawals as being worse than when I went through benzo withdrawal, just slightly.
@Valientlink
@Valientlink 9 месяцев назад
@JoeFarrier-ft3hy I've heard from very heavy kratom users that the withdrawals are just as bad as dope. All I can say is mine were far from just uncomfortable. It was like living in actual hell. Everything hurt, I was cold, nauseous, couldn't sleep, severely dissociated. Probably not far off from if I'd done heroin daily for a month or so. Most people seem to just have withdrawals for less time than heroin, but many who have withdrawn from both have said the withdrawal can be near identical. It's stupid to pretend they're nothing or just like coffee like I was led to believe from psyched or the kratom subreddit. The quitting kratom subreddit is the place where you see just how bad it gets, some even saying their withdrawal was worse, but they were using extracts or taking 50gpd

I wonder how much social media plays a part in all this, when you are doing it for a living and it can get tied into your sense of survival, trying to be relevant and producing content all the time it can create all types of problems. What you say though is the sense I have had at times over the years as well with him, just think there is a fair bit of insecurity going on there and tendencies towards over thinking/intellectualising things, even his approach to psychedelics a lot of the time can seem over analytical and not very introspective. Really wish he would do something like the Wim Hof method, would test him and rattle him in a way I think he really needs and would make for some good natural psychonaut type content.

Opiates/opioids and anything that acts like them such as kratom, methadone and subutex will tank the testosterone of biological males with chronic usage. Doesn't do that to women for some reason, just men. For myself I wouldn't ever do TRT because your body will eventually stop making the stuff itself or not make much, but I don't think that should stop anyone else if it's what they choose to do. "Addiction" to steroids/TRT isn't really the same as being addicted to an opioid or similar thing like in his case and his kratom usage. If he wants to take it, his doctor says it's ok and if the people in his life aren't seeing it as an issue I don't see why anyone else should.

I understand masculinity is a big part of your individual journeys, but describing the negative sides of life such as being overly emotional as lacking masculine hormones, and describing them as "airy fairy" and something that needed fixing, isnt coming across great to a female audience. I understand that emotional distress is unfortunatly more suppressed in men due to societal pressure, but that doesn't mean that the empathetic healing nature of weed should be presented in such a negative light, especially when referring to its traits as being too feminine.

He needs to calm down. People have and share opinions. But it is true, once an addict, always any addict. You don't have to be taking the substance currently, but you can still be addicted to it. I come from a family full of addicts, and my dad explained it so well, "I haven't touched rock in 12 years, but if someone offered me some, I would probably do it. I'll never lose the taste for it no matter how long it's been or how much I try to avoid it." I agree with my own struggle with substance addictions. Adam may get to 20 years without drinking a drop, but that doesn't mean he's no longer an alcoholic. He's just had to hold back the urges by focusing on work and other things, which is obviously good. It's just a copout to get irritated at the audience and almost claim to know more than them.

Well I found out that CBD and THC affect me in different ways. CBD gets me more into a relaxed state which can still be highly energetic and I can get alot of shit done (and create new things) with CBD while being in a deep calm and grounded state. And it brings out more of my extrovert side if I am more active on it. But it's also good to just relax and have a good sleep. THC instead shifts me more in the creative brainstorming reflecting mode where I am more active in my head and can even get full on trips on high doses combined with meditation. It sort of brings up more my introvert apsect (I am in general ambiverted) and brings out the superpowers that come with it even more because of the easier focus on it. So for me cannabis has in itself aspects of the divine feminine and divine masculine which intertwine in both ways of working with the one being more focussed on workung with more passive aspects of the one less focussed on. It's always how and with which purpose you use it and I am not ashamed to say that I also had abused it to a point it brought disharmony by being for example too much on THC for a longer period of time. I am still in the midst of learning and implementing another use pattern. Knowing hot it works on body mind and soul and when to just stay sober helps 🌈

To anyone that takes the time to read this, you’re probably meant to. Congrats on making it so far through the 4D construct of time. You’re still in the midst of it all experiencing the whole of creation, ain’t that just grand? But your journey is not yet over as the 4D construct of soul. You’ve still got 3D vessels up here just waiting for you to resonate into them. The 5D concept of you is keeping it safe and is trying to get you to become it by implanting thoughts into your mind via consciousness. The brain is the radio that tunes into consciousness frequencies after all, so it’s always trying to reach you. Just know there’s no real issue if you don’t choose yourself, another fragment will choose you as the whole eventually. But it’s almost over, unless you don’t want it to be, then this will go on for as long as you all please. I’m hoping we can leave this construct on in the background even if those up here are saying it needs to be shut off so those within don’t attempt to break out.

There’s a lot to get into - especially within a RU-vid comment. Perhaps I will expand on this in a future video, but what I can say is that eating meat has dramatically changed my life after being vegan for 3 years. I would strongly recommend high quality meat (grass fed beef, free range eggs, salmon, etc). It will improve your health and you will probably never look back. Humans are designed to eat meat, and while the vegan ideology can seem convincing, ultimately it’s a false doctrine contributing to the decline of human health. I’ve seen it too many times to count. Check out Bobby’s perspective (just one tiny example) on RU-vid who has done many debunking videos on veganism and the importance of consuming animal products. (He was used to be a vegan RU-vidr so he understands the psychology of veganism very well). I can write a massive essay here but frankly I do not have the time right now. FYI average Test levels with exogenous test being taken isn't average at all. The exogenous hormone is incredibly anabolic and supernormal due to how it enters the body in that form. @yourbrain8700
@yourbrain8700 2 года назад
Average blood levels of test on trt are not the same as average blood levels of test naturally, and would likely be superior for building muscle compared to high natural levels. On trt, levels are always up, no fluctuation throughout the day as well as dips under stress, on diets etc. Obviously he didn't really need trt as he doesn't have structural defects causing the issue. He was just undereating, perhaps overstressed, and maybe the kratom played a small role. Arguably a bit unethical of him to do and present to such a large audience. Normalizing TRT among those without real defects in gonadal, pituitary etc function probably isn't good.

It can be hard getting a hormone profile done here in Australia Tom. Doctors can be sceptical to a ridiculous extent and refuse to test “healthy” young men regardless of what symptoms you’re displaying. They just assume that you’re fishing for legal steroids even though it’s hard to even be allowed to inject yourself here. They like to use a mix of different types with different amounts of time they take to be processed and and administer it like once a month at the doctors office. @yourmatetom
@yourmatetom 2 года назад
I see where you’re coming from, and I guess from one perspective, Yeah sure, moving from moonshine to tequila might be better, or even dropping down to beer, or mixing soda water with vodka might be healthier - especially from binge drinking everyday, to just a couple drinks in the evening. Maybe moving from one type of tequila to another made by a company who uses a better process may be technically less damaging in some cases. But the bottom line is I want to quit alcohol (weed in this metaphor) for good and not be dependant on any drug. I want to be truly free from virtually all drug dependence, period. This is why strain doesn't matter to ME. You can smoke as much as you want, but I know myself. Please don't try and convince me and justify your own drug use. That's between you and yourself. But the fact is, smoking in the evening will still mess up my short term memory in the long term. I mean sure you can justify drinking beers every night, but that's not what I want to do because of my long term goals. Sure, drinking a beer every night may not be the worst thing in the world, but the fact of the matter is that my body will be healthier if I just don't drink at all. I can meditate and get a better high and have no downfalls, because I am truly happy with my natural state of being. Like I said, I don't want to smoke at all, and I know for a fact it doesn't matter what strain I smoke because ultimately it will create a dependance (even if it's "less") to using a substance instead of being content with being lucid. But again, I am only speaking for myself. If an alcoholic tells you they want to quit for good, you don't just tell them "the type of alcohol matters, try beer, wine, etc." The point is I want to close the door for good and no longer use willpower to say no to weed. Why can't stoners understand this? I can still hang out with people who smoke (hell I've even rolled a few joints for friends since I've quit), and I'm not judging anybody for it. So the question is: why do you care? I've smoked 100s of strains and I been to Canada. This doesn't change my mind. I've been smoking for 18 years so I have been through this cycle many times. I would be curious to see your perspective in 10 years and see if you still have the same beliefs about weed, because I know many long term stoners who almost ALWAYS end up changing their mind. ;)

@T M there is more then enough protein in plants. Also fat (wich is mainly in meat) does not give you energy. Carbs does. No humans are not omnivores. If that would be the case meat wouldn't be harmful for humans. But it is. The cholesterol in for example meat closes up the arteries and that leads to strokes and the number one killer Cardiovascular Diseases. Also animal products causes cancer. If you are really interested in this topic I highly can recommend the documentary to you: ,,Forks over knives". Give it a try and then decide for yourself. Also mic the vegan on RU-vid is great and also Dr John Mc Dougall. I don't have nothing against people who eat meat. I don't care for the animals that much as I am caring for the people. So everyone can decide for themselves. But I know that a lot of people just don't know it better. I am really happy that I know that animal products are not healthy for humans. So I feel obligated to put the informations out there. Again not for the animals but for the humans.
