Actually at times I've encountered prejudiced attitude/statements of SIs, especially from Andhra Pradesh, towards north Indians. In large cities, north -south marriages are common now. Also NIs live and work in South & vice versa. People are close friends also. As for the languages, everyone is free to speak their language, there's no force. North Indians raised in South fluently speak Tamil /Telugu /Kannada or Malayalam. That is great. If one can learn more languages, why not? There's no superior or inferior.
