Shane walks you through installing an extra battery under the back seat of the diesel Gladiator to run all of your accessories without draining your cranking battery. Yep, you read that correctly, the second battery has to go under the back seat. Gone are the good old days of putting two batteries side by side under the hood. Modern vehicles simply do not have enough room to squeeze a second battery into the stock location, there's just too much going on in the engine bay. So to deal with this new reality, Genesis Offroad has taken a more universal approach to installing an auxiliary battery. Our new adjustable battery brackets can easily hold down a wide variety of battery sizes, and our new universal Power Hub can be mounted in any location, including in wet environments, giving you more flexibility than ever for adding extra power to your vehicle. For the diesel Gladiator, those new adjustable battery brackets and universal Power Hub will bolt down to a new aluminum storage enclosure shell under the back seat.
