So i used the onion oil! which gives some better results it takes time to grow new baby hair...!nd then in the lockdown i cut my to short (bof cut) April 28 , almost 2nd half month , weekly once im using onion oil! Nd i hv frizz nd dry hair so i use deep conditioning hair mask which she uploaded & banana hair mask( banana, coconut oil, coconut milk) you can see the results in one day itself...! I never used conditioners, i use hibiscus evn she uploaded that! Really gives you best result! whn I cut my hair into bof, i had (9cm) total length . after following all the tips of which she gives is very useful !you try... follow the diet..! Eat dates,dry fruits,water...! (Nd current my hair length is 13cm) once in a month do scalp detox! While applying hair oil massage well! Do inversion method it really gives good results! As you said, flaxseed shouldn't consume directly and also you're not suppose to undercook in direct flame. We can have it with luke warm water or we can sprinkled the seeds in salads, like this way we can use
Hi..am having heavy hair fall since so many years..I started using home made onion oil for a month ,but it increased my daily hair fall a bit and left it..now using normal coconut oil and using sikakai with fenugreek seeds,hibiscus and marudhaani leaf for hair wash since am in native.But none of these stopped my hair fall .Can you suggest me what to start with? I watched mostly all of Ur videos.but not sure which one to start first to control my hair fall? Mine is dry scalp,FYI .pls reply.
