After battling for 3 years, I FINALLY got off the caffeine. A couple years ago, I was downing black coffee by the quart. Then I switched to tea and started tapering. I tried quitting a dozen times, but had ferocious headaches. Then, I switched to 25mg caffeine, with a milligram scale, I tapered my dose by 1 mg every day, until earlier this week I was able to quit! YAY!

Dr Greger, Ornish, Bernard, Klaper and Fuhrman don't allow oil in ther diets. And the diet from Dr Bernard from PCRM, is like a McDougall diet; he doesn't allow too much nuts and fats. @@PeterRogersMD Yeah, Dr Ornish and Klaper use omega 3 supplements while avoiding oil. So you're right. Ornish even allowed some dairy too. And while Dr Bernard encourage avoiding oil, he also says that if you have to have it, olive oil is "less bad" compared to butter or animal fats. But I never suggested that their diets were the same. They are like 5% to 10% difference between all of them. And McDougall was critical of only Soy Protein isolate, with their mock meats. Your ideal diet in the real world is simply too difficult to do I feel, but interesting hypothetically. Would require essentially cooking all food and never eating out, especially if organic is a requirement. We need our takeaways to be converted into vegan wholefood eateries to enable more people to stick to a healthy WFPB diet, it is not realistic to expect people with busy lives to be able to never purchase fast food, we need to make our fast food healthy. when people work 40 hours a week and many times away from home, we need them to be able to access healthy food without requiring them cook everything.

Please debunk Dr. Bredesen...brain specialist
@PeterRogersMD
@PeterRogersMD 10 дней назад
I did make a video about him called Dr Dale Bredesen corrected on Alzheimer disease." A common logic among all the BS artists is that patients need to eat more fat to help their brains. They first of course say that people are deficient in whatever it is that they are selling. Then they say the deficit can be corrected by buying exactly the dose that they are selling. A magical indulgence to escape from health hell. Notice the logic. 1. Reality: Fish is loaded with Hg and fat & animal protein = all bad for brain. But somehow the O3 in fish (which come from plants) are needed for better brains. That's BS. Hightower's book said that the best way to prevent dementia in middle age people was to tell them to NOT eat fish. 2. O3 fats are associated with obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension, immune suppression, lipid peroxidation. All of those things are a/w cognitive decline. But then some how the latest salesman says their O3 is "magic," and lowers the risk of dementia. That's BS. 3. Serious students of vascular disease like Swank, Sloop, Roberts, Pritikin, Mcdougall, Myself all figure out that fat is bad for blood flow, and thus for the brain. But some new corporate sponsored people say they now believe that fat is good for the brain. That's BS.

The standard of care is written by shills for big phaarma. So conventional medicine is always pushing to sell more drugs. Drugs never cure chronic disease. Therefore patients are NEVER cured of chronic disease in conventional medicine. It's a big deal, b/c these are the most common diseases.
