A small advice you most probably have already thought of is starting so kindly say no to, for example, your co-worker when they buy you a drink. Or when you receive a snack as a gift. Because these small things make you go off track so easily or spike your appetite.
Yes, you are so right, I was also thinking this when I was editing the video. I think if I want to reach my goals I will need to start saying no and stick to my plan! Great advice ❤
@byMayvlog About receiving a snack. I think such small things are important for good communication. In such situations I accept these snacks but don’t eat them right away. I always thank my friends and tell them that I definitely gonna eat it later. And I actually do but only at the moments when I actually want to eat it or just when I kinda scheduled it. I even have a small box for snacks at my home where I put these small presents and snacks that I bought to eat at better time. I know such way is not suitable for everyone but at least it works for me and maybe may work for you as well
Hi May, happy to see you back! I have been watching you since last year and was motivated to lose weight. I managed to reduce my weight from 60kg to about 56-57kg through months of intermittent fasting, food control and regular exercises. Unfortunately, Chinese new year came, holidays came, and I’m now back to 61kg with all the feasting and lack of exercise. Feeling so disappointed but I’m telling myself I’ll start my weight loss journey again! It has been two weeks and counting. All the best to our weight loss journey!

Dont even worry about the weight gain, it seems like you need to manage your stress first 😞 focus on that, exercise will help for it too, and when things are less stressful itll be a lot easier. Youre doing great ❤️

hi May, i appreciate the honesty in your vlogs! i've been dealing with the same problem, after losing about 6 kg over the summer, i suddenly hit a block around october, and now those final 4 kgs seem impossible to lose. I keep losing and gaining around 1-2 kg even though i exercise, eat clean etc. It's the stress i'm going through with my final exams at university and just my life being very disappointing atm, losing weight requires a mental piece that it's hard to achieve when there is so much going on in your life! I definitely understand your struggles and i hope you won't beat yourself about it. Also for me it's easier to lose weight in summer, during winter our bodies naturally store more fat to be warm, so i like to think maintaining until next summer is okay too!! lots of love xx
I'm doing 23 hours of fasting daily and it's life changing....I lost about 10kg less than in one month Not only weight loss but also my skin looks soo good.. It's good for long term memory too..😃😃😃😃
Yeah but only on first 02-03 days.... It 'll be alright after like 03 days just drink more water on fasting period and eat healthy in your meal time don't eat sugary or processed food .. you can have a cheat day once a week that'll be helpful for you to enjoy your fav. food and you won't get bored from dieting..😃 this is easy if you have more busy lifestyle.. However I'm only 17 years old so, I need more nutrients so, I recommend you to do 23 hours of fasting just for 2-3 of a week.... This is great as you can surprise your friends by losing weight and having a great skin..😍I did it too you'll get used to it when you're doing it in advance..you must try it for once but, if you aren't comfortable with that just stop it and have normal fasting schedule like 16/8 or18/6....Do workouts on empty stomach too buttt,, only if you can don't force yourself to do that just start from simple steps like doing 16/8 fasting first then you can try23/1 ..😇 GOOD LUCK! I am so disturbed right now 😮 i am 173 cm tall and currently weigh 70Kilos. It took me hard work and dedication to get there from 75Kilos . I started that weight loss journey because i looked so so fat and still do but she is so much shorter than me and weighs only few Kilos less than me (in the beginning of the video) but she does not look fat at all. In fact, she looked good even in the beginning of the video. 😮 this is not meant negatively in any way - i was just star struck when i saw the measurements 😅
I think you need to increase your intake of veggies. Have a veggie soup with you bagel sandwich at lunch. Don't worry about weight gain. As you said, it is just data, not your worth. Take good care of yourself!🌺

I just want loose my weight so i started diet,exercises so that my periods are late 5days now before i will get on time i stopped exercises but it didn't get y😑😕
Usually it is not the exercise that can cause you to lose your period, it is a lack of nutrients or not eating enough calories in your diet. Please make sure you are eating enough and stay healthy, and if possible, check with a doctor. I wish you the best 💜
