Congratulations on your pregnancy! just remembered today that I haven't seen any of your videos for a while and was surprised to see some new videos :)
So happy to see you again! All of your food looks so delicious. I also recently started walking 10k, however, I try to do at least 8500 steps and aim for 10k. Some days I am able to achieve it and somedays I am not but I love doing it first thing in the morning and getting it out of the way.
8:34 , 'switching from lattes to black coffee' does milk make u gain that much milk? i dont really like the taste of americano so i make lattes at home instead. sometimes i had little bit of syrup T-T
It really depends! I used to drink two full fat milk lattes that were 150 to 170 calories each every day. And sometimes I would also have them with syrup, so it could add up to 400 calories or more, which was almost a third of my calorie budget. I like the taste of black coffee now, but I know it's not for everyone! You can easily make lattes at home for less calories! With low fat milk or almond milk and a bit of syrup or reduced sugar syrup, or even with full fat milk and just having one a day. Anything can fit into your calorie budget if you make room for it 😊
So i m also part this weightloss journey so 1st of may my weight was 67.7kg with 5*5 feet hight And now todays date my weight is 62.8kg and my target is 55 -57 kg And i have to achieve this target this year means december . Plzzz ❤❤ god help
It's a bit tougher to lose weight and do calorie deficit if your day-day NEEDS a lot of calories, due to lot more walking than most people do, need to plan those extra calories others wouldn't need, yet healthily. While also calculating the needed deficit to lose weight, just more deficit than my own previously followed dietary habits, not the kinda deficit others would do. So yea, accidentally cutting calories too much, while not being able to avoid walking 5+ hours every day, all week, makes me dizzy and weak as hell and hence risky. I skip exercises as loads of walking every day tires me out enough, it's the equivalent of treadmill-ing everyday, so I just need to adjust the foods intake bigtime, more protein/fiber/nutrients, slightly deficit calories, just lesser carby trashy refined stuff. No exercises. Some days it's 5 hours walk, others it's 7=8 hrs even. At least 2-3 of those hours are BRISK walks, not slow. So yea it's hellish.
I lost track on you but suddenly I remembered that watching your videos gives me peace and I love your food so I searched for your channel and now found out that you’re pregnant:) congrats
I’m feeling sorry for myself, I have watched such vids to the point where I don’t think anything is new to me! I do know all those tips! I’m not overweight or anything, I’m just obsessed with body image, when am I gonna feel peace in my skin?
Accepting yourself is the hardest part but also the most important one. Putting your mental and physical health above everything else is difficult but very helpful! I wish you nothing but the best ❤️
You're under age and it's not good to lose weight when u're just 13 BUTTT there is a way u can lose weight by changing and adding some habits into you daily life things u can do and shouldn't do THİNGS U CAN DO: •walk This can help u alotttt walk for at least 20mins a day then gradually walk up your way to 30 mins 40 and so on until u reach 1hr a day ( also don't overexert yourself jus walk 5 days a week and anytime u want and u can use treadmill if u have one) • eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies First of all it's healthy and good for you since u're growing (but don't overeat just because it's healthy) • drink water at least 2L a day or 8 cups( also try to drink it between each meal) • exercise u don't have to go to the gym or home workouts just do something u enjoy like dancing! Or rope jumping (I don't like it loll) • eat ur 3 meals THİNGS U SHOULDN'T DO: • stay away from sugar (u can get the sugar ur body needs from fruits) • don't do strict diets it's unhealthy always remember u're still growing ( u think u're losing weight but it's just water and u know what's worse u'll gain it all back ) • don't eat fast food( obviously) • no snacks( but if u really crave one eat it or it will backfire and u will over eat) • don't eat after 8pm ADVICE: •CONSISTENCITY is the key •It will take time(months) u have to be patient it won't happen overnight . •again be patient and consistent • ask ur parents to help u (like to cook healthy food etc...) • u must eat breakfast • don't start ur day with sugar or u'll crave it all day long Anyways that's all u have got this kiddo Good luck!
In September I weighed 90kg, I managed to lose just over 10kg but I still wasnt where I wanted to be- I gained a bit of weight back over the past couple months but now I’m ready to start again! I weighed 83kg in the start of June, now I weigh just over 79kg, the goal is to lose another 10kg and get to 70kg by September <3
Hey dear, being stuck is really frustrating, but you need to stay positive and not give up. Maybe try something different to "shock" your body - switch up your workout, take a rest day, or eat low in carbs and sodium for a day ❤️ with consistency, it will go down eventually!
