yayyyy i'm so thrilled to have you posting regularly again, i really missed you ;-; when you say you'll start a new routine, do you still plan to get to your goal weight?
Thank you so much, your patience and support means a lot to me 🥺 and yes, I definitely want to put my health first and see if I can improve my condition, but I will still aim to reach my goal weight!
These videos motivate me a lot and I really love them but I wonder why in every korean video I have seen, the white of boil eggs is not white but a little brown. In france, even if the egg shell is light brown, when you boil eggs the white is white.
The eggs can be brown for different reasons: they are either cooked with a longer process that makes them turn brown and have a special flavor, they are eggs marinated in soy sauce, or they are tea eggs boiled in spices. I usually buy the tea eggs, but when I make them normally at home, they are the regular white color 😊
@@byMayvlog Thank you for your answer. And I also wanted to thank you for your videos. I rarely find content with healthy and realistic diet. I can't copy you because not everything work for me but seeing the process is really reassuring. It helps me being patient and it made me realise that it's possible to enjoy the process. It's still difficult for me to resist cravings bur you said in one of your video that if we feel full with life we won't need to fill ourself with food. It made me understand why I kept eating so much. THANK YOU 💕
I understand that feeling of wanting to eat everything you see, especially sweets like cakes, chocolate, food with sugar and cookies. It's not easy, I'm also trying to eat healthy for my health and I feel very guilty when I eat something like pasta that is high in calories or sweets without needs. Let's fight!
Hlo i am doing same diet as yours 2 meals with 1snack but without workout my dr has instructed me not to workout i have to loss 5 kg so plz rply me dear
Hi dear, you don't need to worry about exercise, you can still lose weight without working out! You just need to eat less calories, so you can eat filling foods with less calories (like vegetables, legumes, tofu, fish, chicken, etc) and less sugars, oils, and sauces. You just need to be patient, but you can do it! I wish you the best in your health ❤
