Raising LDL levels in your body can lead to very negative effects on your health leave this bit up to the scientists that study the human body everyday every hour instead of your crackpot conspiracies
The most updated research have debunked the link between saturated fat and an increase in LDL cholesterol. Whole milk, butter, etc., are no longer "bad for you," and in fact, consume in moderation is better for you.
Thank you for sharing this perspective; it’s important to continuously review and discuss new research to ensure dietary guidelines reflect the most current scientific understanding.
@@a.g.hustlegarland4197 LDL can be good or bad, depends on your diet. If you consume large amounts of glucose and carbs it will lead to glycation & oxidation of the LDL. Which can then clog up the arteries. But if you don’t consume carbs or glucose there’s nothing to worry. A good indicator in your blood work is something called SD-LDL(low levels), it can only be given to you if you request advance lipid profile. There’s another side of the story, the one’s whose body is on ketosis 70% + in a day, they must need high level of LDL to transportation in the arteries. Triglycerides are unhealthy and should be equal or half of the HDL. There are top athletes who are on Carnivore diet, but still they eat fruits, honey, milk, vegetables based spices for the meat. But they consume fruits at least 2 hours before a meal because fruits make them hungry. It’s an easy way to reach a target of 4000+ calories a day.
Veg oil is in all food because of the vegan movement. Look at how they produce these "healthy oils" and remember that your brain cell membrane is made from fat.
Sunday 26th May 2024. 07.35am. Dear Sir/Madam. Good-morning to you. How are you doing? I am not too bad myself, thank you. The video on saturated and unsaturated fats, is the best that I have seen so far. 👍the narrator spoke VERY quickly but I understood most of the points. Many Thanks. Mr Francesca Kray.
I'm sorry to hear you're going through this; it's possible that stress and underlying medical conditions could be affecting your voice-please see an ENT specialist to explore further.
It’s better to use butter of 100 cow milk, or extra virgin olive oil with a good label. Jhonny Harris on youtube explains how to find a reliable olive oil 🙋🏻♂️🍀
@Sec_coach It's great to hear that you're feeling good on your current diet. Eating a diet high in saturated fats and low in carbohydrates is similar to a ketogenic diet, which some people follow for various health reasons, such as weight loss, improved energy levels, or managing certain medical conditions. As long as you're feeling well and your body is responding positively, it seems like this approach is working for you. However, it's important to ensure that your diet is balanced and that you're getting all the necessary nutrients, including fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which are typically found in carbohydrate-rich foods like vegetables and fruits. It might be a good idea to monitor your cholesterol levels and overall heart health, as diets high in saturated fats can impact these over time, depending on your body's individual response. If you haven't already, it might be beneficial to consult with a healthcare provider or a dietitian who can help ensure that your diet meets all your nutritional needs and supports your long-term health goals. Regular check-ups and blood work can help you stay on track and address any potential issues early on.
Most of the information in this video is wrong, and I certainly hope that people are not paying too much attention to it and taking the advice here. If you watch Rob Lustig or Malcolm Kendrick on these subjects they will give you accurate information
While saturated fats can contribute to heart disease, unsaturated fats are generally considered beneficial for heart health and overall wellness. Always seek personalized advice from a healthcare professional.
Not true. Try to update your knowledge for the sake of your health. We need dietary cholesterol for all vital functions. Dietary saturated fat is not the cause of heart disease. Excess carbohydrates are.
