Several large "Digital Ad Monument Signs" are being developed in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area, and many folks have questions or made assumptions about who is developing them. They look very nice and promote the town, but did your town's tax money pay for those signs? Then answer is very early in the video but I spend a few minutes talking about a few unique aspects to the projects and how they can benefit towns.
