Wonderful version of Koji Tamaki's original song, masterfully performed by Dimash and in Japanese prefect. It corresponds to the presentation he made for the 20th Tokyo Jazz Festival.

Dimash sings another song called Autumn Strong which is the same melody but with slightly different words but in mandarin. Watch that from his Kiev concert. It has another amazing ending. At his Dubai concert, he sings the first half of the song in mandarin, autumn strong and the second half in Japanese as Ikenaide which satisfies us all as we all have our favourite.

After WWII, her heritage was exposed, she was arrested, accused of being a japanese spy, and sentenced to death. She was ultimately cleared of charges, but was advised to leave the country, as she risked being lynched. Dimash is a master of the story-telling, his voice makes you feel deep emotions and takes you there where that song happened. Beautiful!! A Japanese reactor mentioned that his softness with the hard consonants is a function of how well Dimash understands and has learned the mechanics (tongue and jaw placement) of the Japanese language.
