Some time ago, a Russian friend informed me that the audience generally doesn't stand up or shout for the artist, even though they really enjoyed it. They respect whoever is sitting in front and don't want to disturb the view of the show, even after it's over: It's a cultural issue! This song was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy with lyrics by the famous singer Lara Fabian and the premiere took place on International Women's Day, in Moscow, at the Kremlin Palace, in 2020!

It's a cultural thing. Russian audiences are more inclined to sit and applaud respectfully. I know----Dimash definitely deserved a standing ovation, but it is what it is. Also need to keep in mind that this was a gathering for International Women's Day rather than a group of fans assembled specifically to see Dimash. At this point, many of these women didn't even know who he was.

The piano player is the great Russian composer Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement just to write and play for Dimash. He wrote the music and Lara Fabian wrote the words. This was the premier performance of this dong.
