Only 10 minutes into the episode and I'm already like, "It is SO WEIRD to hear Rob speak in complete sentences."

I can almost imagine that sometime in the future that one of them will not be available for green screen and just out pops hamish in a long wig saying that his hair loved his face so much it made a beard😂

Wow this may be the first time in VLDL DND history where all 4 players don't speak all at the same time

As a southerner I appreciate Rhi’s accent use. A Georgian Dandy Minotaur is just hilarious.

One minute in and the ladies already piss off Rob with star signs. This is a great start! 😂

lol 10 seconds in an Phoenix furiously taking notes, you can see she's super into it. i love the party, but Rhi's cowboy swagger just takes the cake.

This was great and Phoenix immediately being a better rogue than Ben by getting a kill straight away was brilliant 😂 Can’t wait for the next episode

I'm too used to Ben being in Britts seat, when you ask for the armor class I expected "probably a million"

The play style between the Misfits and Baradoon and the D********, are already clearly obvious.

Rhi has got Foghorn Leghorn vibes. "Now I say, I say prissy priss. You keep that hood up or you get kicked behind the balls I tell ya" I swear I heard that somewhere

I got the notification for this while I was catching up on the main campaign. So, I did the sensible thing and immediately abandoned the boys to watch this 😆

The most exciting part about this campaign in particular is the pure growth of Viva. The fact that the core 3 (and Ben) are not part of this, really shows that they can grow the channel with the other talented people they have. This and the Dark Souls series is showing their growth and I cannot wait to see what it looks like in 3-4 years! Rob keep smashing that DM role, love to see it!

A shambling undead horde seems like a significantly larger starting problem than a few frog people stealing your stuff 😂

Didn't expect Rhi to be so into her character so quickly, but she's doing wonderfully. Love that Phoenix went with a small/tiny dragonfly winged character. Always enjoy Rob's lore, his story telling is amazing.

I knew this was going to be different when Rob read the whole introduction with no interruptions.

I've never played D&D but I'm very competitive. And just like that a power gamer was born.

Horatio the minotaur talking like a "cow-boy" got me good! So excited for this campaign !

Rhi's character has me rolling and i'm only 10 minutes in! Fantastic!

Starting with combat is an excellent idea. It gets things going right away and instead of hours of roleplay and backstory, gives the new players something specific to work on, as well as letting them learn their characters' abilities.

New players, new characters, more DnD, more Azerim and not the least more Rob!

The fairy and Minotaur I love their attitudes. This seems like a great cast. Fellas better watch out cause these ladies are gonna outclass them.

I love how Horatio sees a mysterious robed figure and keeps it to himself ... meanwhile any wisp of flame is deserving of endless conversation mid battle.

Great to watch. I dont know why everyone isnt shouting over each other and the GM, very strange.

I've only ever seen Rob doing VLDL DnD so I've really only seen him wit the main cast and occasional guest characters. But, here, watching him with a whole new group, I've realised that he is actually quite quick. Not just with the other 4, with everyone. He's quick to observe, interpret, and respond to what people say and do. It's a bit impressive.

Let's appreciate the irony of the melee ranger called Arrow.

The contrast between serious names Boys took from Epic NPC and those is fenomenal!

Looking over the comments, I think this is going to bring an interesting dynamic to this channel. While the girls will no doubt have fun and be funny, I think this campaign will be a bit more serious, without all the goofing around the guys do. Don't get me wrong, the guys campaign is absolutely one of my favorite table top role playing shows, but I think this campaign will attract a different audience that may not be able to tolerate all the interruptions and craziness haha. Great start, can't wait to see how this starts to shape up. I expected Britt and Ellie, but I was super excited to see Phoenix. She's got great energy and I can tell she's going to be pretty formidable haha, she's also a cutie. Good to see Rhi, I always enjoy her with Hamish, maybe he'll make an appearance?

I love both vldl dnd series Rob always does an incredible job as DM!

I'm loving this!! The ladies and their accents/portrayals are just fantastic! Rhi is just hysterical and reminds me of how confident Rowan portrays Bodger! Even her rolls are similar (rolling on the high end). ♥💙 Also Rob: When Britt wanted to move forward a second time... couldn't she have taken the Dash action? Just moved twice in lieu of using an action?

I love this!!!! Rob! Thanks to your interesting GM style and storytelling & the rest of the squad...4-5 years following VLDL and watched all the previous DnD skits finally I have started my very first campaign here in Norway with an experienced DM... I was extremely excited how will it go, and worried that I'll be a bit of a noob, but understanding the basics, the rules helped me a lot... 2/3 sessions already in and loving our story unfold, and already new silly unplanned character traits coming into the picture... Thanks again Rob & Team for being awesome; watching you folks helped me to jump into our campaign, making some new local & international friends here in Norway! :) Keep up the good work!! Me as campaign begins: "It will be so refreshing to have the ladies playing, so we can get a break from the dix'n'butts jokes all the time!" Me as I realise this bull is a Texas Longhorn in every sense, and the Genasi is literally a walking butt joke: "Well boys, we *tried.*"

YES, another D&D show i can watch while having limited time. these half hour to an hour episodes honestly fit perfectly in my schedule. And ofc its amazing that its the one and only Rob providing us with the story.

not even 10 mins in and its already so different but refreshing and i love it the energy they put out is much more noticable which makes it already a great setup for a completely chaotic and dissastrious story which is gonna be amazing and i cant wait

Looking forward to this campaign, loving Rhi's energy & roleplay. Newer players generally roleplay well since they have no idea of the limitations 😋

I love that Rob can suddenly(or finally)finish his sentences.

It will take a few episodes to see how the ladies do, but it is off to a good start... IMO they are already showing themselves to be a great group of players to DM... Having been playing D&D since the 80s, it is always good to see players who take lots of notes, do not try to compete with each other for the spotlight, and do not try to BS their way through.

I'm so happy to see all of the amazing work that the team has gotten done! I can't wait for the mural of names reveal with "The Blood Lust" immortalized in paint 😅

Well the girls are showing the boys how to do it. 🎉 At the learning stage and still the episode felt way too short. Looking forward to the coming weeks.

It will be interesting to see what group dynamic that devlops here. You can already see some interesting types. You have Rhiannon the ROLE player who doesn't break character and tou have Britt filling the role of the "veteran" who's playing the game. Phoenix seems to still be finding her feet in the game and Ellie is a bit of a wild card currently. Either way it's a nice to have a different dynamic than the colection of class clowns that the Viva guys are. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the clowning, but it's nice to see different types of groups.

I love the dedication to the minotaur, but i love even more that she is playing a Valor Bard. Valor Bards don't get enough love! Also the girls are already more efficient than the boys when they started cause the girls are actually listening xD

I hope this continues as long as the other campaign. I now have something to watch on my lunch break for Tuesdays and Thursdays!

So excited for this! Love how they have personal dice trays as well. Seeing new classes and story is great. Will love to see how in the far future they will crossover the main campaign

I really appreciate that the girls haves studied DND prior to their first go. Seems like they did more so than the boys first episode. But also love that they give Rob a run for his money, just like the boys do. Makes it very entertaining. ANOTHER PLEASE!!!
