it's actually been snowing here in Tasmania, which is a bit crazy as it's our summer. I think this Christmas is going to be a lot cooler, sometimes it gets to 38C at Christmas. Enjoy the snow, cheers Paul
Thanks Paul for the snippets of your year of adventures with your Sydney Raid buddies. Looking forward to seeing many more of your videos throughout 2023.
Many thanks for all your hard work taking us along on your adventures. All best wishes for a great Christmas and a healthy and happy 2023. Looking forward to your adventures next year.
Thanks Gary. Yep it was hard to keep it down in length as there was so much to choose from. Glad you enjoyed it and have a great Christmas, cheers Paul
My compliments Paul on a excellent collage of past trips you have a great group with great commaraderie makes me want to move to move down to Australia and join you guys. Merry Christmas and a Happy New year , can't wait for new videos in 2023.
Thanks for another great video. Wishing you fair winds (and ideally drier weather) for 2023! Hopefully “flotsam” and I will see you out on the water sometime this year. It would be great to feature in next year’s review!
Hi Paul. Merry Christmas from central British Columbia Canada, where it has been a "balmy!" -40 degrees C. for about 4 days now! Really enjoying your videos, we just discovered them a couple of weeks ago, and have been binge watching them!
Thanks JR -40C now that is winter!...we are currently about 21C which is not as hot as normal for Christmas. thanks for watching the videos. Have a great Christmas and New Year, cheers Paul
Been delightful sharing the raids with you Mate's from Down under this year! Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all! 46" Snow here, an exceedingly White Christmas. Never Never Lake, Alaska
Wow 46" of snow.....sounds beautiful. Normally it's getting hot by now in Sydney and humid but this year it's actually a bit cold....what's going on!Thanks for watching all year and have a great Christmas, cheers Paul
So envious. As I'm watching this in my home in Newfoundland, Canada, it is blowing 20 knots from the east with 2 degrees Celsius with rain drizzle and fog. My boat is stowed away in the shed for the winter. Thank you for sharing these delights from your season of sailing. Merry Christmas
I love White Christmas'....our weather has also been cold this year (Snowing in Tassie), normally it's stinking hot by now. Have a good one, cheers Paul

Thanks so much, Paul, for the highlights, although EVERY episode throughout the year is a highlight! As you say, "What's not to like... " Looking forward to more SKL cruises in 2023. Happy New Year to the Sydney Raid Group and your devoted (read "tolerant") families.
@@SailingKateLouise A snowdrift covers my wee Seahopper, and they're setting up for ice fishing on "my lake". Guess I'll hibernate until the next SLK/Bruce/Josh videos come along to awaken me gladly. Cheers from northern Japan!
Hi, it's a Cherry 16 trailer sailer, quit a few built in the late seventies. Built using stitch and glue method, easier for DIY, a light and quick boat. Thanks for watching, cheers Paul
Hi Shane, yes if it's above 10 Knots I put 1 reef in the main, anything higher I drop the main and go with just the genoa and mizzen. Being a yawl she is very well balanced without the main and that gives a much better ride. Thanks for watching, cheers Paul
