I’m pleasantly surprised that Dinosaur World is so clean, well maintained, and well landscaped. I was expecting it to be a dumpy dive. It’s nice to see a kitschy roadside attraction that has kept itself in decent, respectable shape. It’s all too common for these kind of places to be rundown.
They are building a Dinosaur themed amusement park in Japan with free roaming animatronic Dinos that look very real! It might be worth the trip for you when it opens!
Where? Which prefecture? What’s it called? I did a quick search but couldn’t find that... I found a Dino park in fukui prefecture but I don’t think that’s it.. I’m living in Japan so I’m very interested
Adam, went to the Jurassic Boat Ride in Pigeon Forge a couple of weeks ago and I’m happy to report all the animatronics appeared to be fully operational. 👍🏼 Also, in your honor, they were weed eating at the bottom of Goats on the Roof mountain coaster. 😁 Good times!
@@TheDailyWoo, I went to dinosaur world when I was 12 years old and I watch your early dinosaur world video when I was 6 years old, my dream come true.😊
Back in the day I used to run a photo processing lab in Winn Dixie in Plant City and the owners of Dinosaur world used to bring their film to me all the time. They were a very nice (I think) Swedish family.
We live about 20 minutes from Tropicana Field! We always pass Dinosaur World on our way to Disney but, have never stopped. We are going to Disney for Labor Day weekend and may have to try Dinosaur World on our way back home.
HEY ATW...I HAVE TO, AS USUAL, THANK YOU. THE WAY YOU'VE BEEN MIXING it up by having an adventure on your way to Rays games for those of us who really don't follow baseball , is pure genius! I remember your last visit to Dinosaur World and I think I made a comment about the movie "Clifford"! Do you recall the name of Clifford's little toy Brontosaurus!?!! I believe it was Stephon?
As a life long NYer living within an hour of Cooperstown and a diehard Tampa Bay Rays fan for 20 years, I'm thrilled you are a big fan now. I never imagined in a million years when I started watching you that you'd cover something I would thoroughly love watching on your channel, aside from all the other awesome things you do. Maybe someday I'll run into you.
Before I dove into this video, I quickly revisited your original Dino World on your ATW channel. I LOVE how even though you've gone thru the same areas of the park, you put a fresh spin and more toned down approach to this, where as before you and the girl you went with were both hyper active with comedic jump cuts as you literally good climbed on some of the sets. It's so cool to see how your content and editing style has improved over the years. I LOVE THAT!!
Thanks for reminding me of some great memories, with my now 16 yr old son Adam! We lived in Fish Hawk Florida (a planned community in Lithia, which isnt too far) he and I would go to Dinosaur World almost weekly on my day off, it was so much fun. Great video as always Adam
Thanks for sharing the Dinosaur World with us they also have a Dinosaur museum in Indiana in some were, I'm from Louisville Kentucky, but the advertising it on tv for the summer. Thanks for sharing this video. Stay safe.👍👍📸😎☀️🦕🦖
great video yet again Adam , i love places like that , could spend hours there , very interesting , DJ KITTY rocks lol , really well done and thank you 😊
Cute place to visit! Dinosaur world was mentioned in a mystery story several years back. you're fun to watch at a baseball game! Thank you for the vlog!
Wow you were about three miles from my house.... That "abandoned" bulding is the original entrance to Dino World, and years before that it was an Alligator zoo.
I'm not a baseball fan per say, but I have to admit I held my breath when the Rays were making a play. Glad they won. The stop over at the Dino park was fun too. Thanks for taking us along.
Dinosaur World was the first place we went when we finally left the house in June of 2020. I remember how exciting it was just to be in a public place besides a county park. The next month DVC reopened and we felt so privileged to go to Vero Beach. Such a strange time.
I am a dinosaur lover too. Before we moved back to Louisiana, I volunteered in the paleo lab at the George Eccles Dinosaur Park in Ogden, Utah. At that time, there were about 150 life-size dinosaurs. It is a fantastic place. You should go there when you are in the area. I have enjoyed this video and will have to visit this park when on vacation.
So strange - I was just watching your Bedrock City video earlier today. This display (Dinosaur World) is well done, especially the way they incorporate the dinos with the local foliage. Caught myself humming that movie theme from 'that' movie at points in the vid. Thanks for this one! Definitely got to add it to the ole bucket list.
I really liked the Dinosaur Park; well maintained, and as you said, the foliage and the water really added to the experience. I like the somewhat new information about dinosaurs having color; it adds a lot. Also, it's interesting how many new discoveries, including foot prints, have recently been made.....the ball game; Nice!!....& I really like the orange roof when there's a win....I think these folks are really trying....this area should appreciate the value of having a team
Looks so cool! I took the Littles to the Cabazon Dinousaur attraction here in California...while it was neat, especially since it was Christmas and they had a lot if lights, it felt haphazard. That looks nice and organized. Also, loved the ending with the Ray's vs the Angel's. That mascot wad hilarious.
Hi Adam. So enjoy your videos. You show so many places and give me ideas of where I'd like to visit. I got hooked on your videos a few months ago when you were in Denver. Its interesting to see your own city as viewed by someone who does not live here. Wanted to reference the claw machine. I don't know this for a fact, but I've been told that when you hit the button to grab a toy, if you hit the button a second time it supposedly will grab it. Try it next time and see if it works. Keep up the good work. You are so good at what you do and I enjoy watching.
The Pacific Science Center in Seattle has animatronic dinosaurs. I loved them when I was a kid in the late 80's. I've taken my kids to see them a couple of times over the last 10 years. Those Dino's are getting old but I'm glad that they are still there.
Every time we drive over to Tampa or west side, I see the sign for Dinosaur World. We always say we are going to stop and haven't done it yet. Looks nice, thanks for sharing.
I have a friend who enjoys populating her potted plants with toy dinosaurs. Because of her, I have begun to do so as well. Just the cheap and cheerful plastic toy dinosaurs you buy in polybags with cardboard rack headers. In your house plant pots.
When Martin Short Performed at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, During the Q&A at the End of the Show, I Went to the Mic and Said "Gee Uncle Martin, Can We Go to Dinosaur World Since It's About 45 Minutes From Here" - Where I Handed the Usher a Booklet to Take Up to Mr Short. He Was Actually Amused Someone Remembered "Clifford"
I was just thinking that myself. When you mentioned the Flinstone roadside attraction. I was just wondering if Raptor World ever opened. Definitely has that same feel, but more shade.
Adam, if you ever make it back to the west coast, there is a dinosaur park on the coast of Oregon just past Gold Beach. It's family owned and the grandfather built the dinosaurs to their actual size. The grandkids run it now but it's really nice. It's like walking through the rain forest and so beautiful!! I think you would really like it. We have gone the last two years and even though it doesn't change, we like to support it so it can continue to stay open.
I passed Dino World a number of times and figured it was just for kids but the jungle aspect of it makes it interesting. Leu Gardens in Orlando had a dino exposition a couple years ago as well. Dinos always seem to be an attraction.
That building was too cool with the neckline the building. Thanks for doing what you do. Know you and Carpetbagger inspired me to start making my own video's.
We always wondered what this place was about… when we fly in to go to treasure island beach we always pass it on the expressway and see the dinosaurs they have out there … thank you
There's a certain fading charm to places like this. You can almost feel them fading away. Some future online explorer will be wandering through its ruins.
10:35// myop i would check the zoning rules and consider renting out that Closed Dino Head store front // if allowed, some tourists may want to 'stay the night' in the middle of the park. // a missed opportunity perhaps //
Another fun rode trip Adam now Dinosaur Wold was quit a sight to see and all that foliage reminded me of what the Amazon Rain Forest looks like from videos I’ve seen so I must say I thought Dinosaur World was very well designed also I rather enjoy hanging out with you at different baseball games so it was nice once again to hang out with you at another game and yes THE RAYS WON oh yea now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you peace ☮️ out ✌️
All the good that life has to offer us in this level of our existence, the dinosaurs put in the effort and deserve some of it. It's fun to see them at Dinosaur World in their natural habitat.
I remember my parents taking me to the Orlando Science Center when I was a kid and there was an animantronic dinosaur display. My dad wanted to take better pictures so he picked me up over the guard rail to take a picture and I tripped over a cord causing a few dinosaurs to stop working.
Thanx for the vid. Looks like a nice, peaceful place to visit. You mentioned Bedrock City. As a kid a 100 years ago, we went to the one in the Dakotas. I think there might be some souvenirs still hanging about my parents place somewhere. Take care.
