Finally a legit review of this fragrance!!! One of the best designer fragrances I've smelled in a while. Very smooth, nice, and masculine. If others like the original better that is fine, but i don't understand them hating on this one because they like another scent more. I can't imagine anyone disliking this fragrance on its own. Glad that you are one of the few reviewers who are unbiased on this one! I love this as well and you review is on point. What I find really interesting about this scent is the citrus comes out a lot more on hotter days but it becomes more woody/cozy when the weather is cold which makes it perfectly versatile.
You’re the first fragrance youtuber that didn’t get too emotional about Dior Homme 2020. Almost every youtuber was so upset when this came out, because they thought that this was a reformulation of the 2011 (iris) and not a different Dior. You’re the only one that got it right. Alot of people of fragrantica voted negative w/o probably smelling this. Keep up videos coming and I think you deserve more subscribers. My rating is 9/10 for Dior Homme 2020
The best thing about this fragrance is that its DNA is quite unique in terms of its category - no resemblance to Bleu de Chanel \ Sauvage \ Ysl Y and so on, it's a thing on its own. You will stand out from the rest, despite all that shit which is coming from random fragrantica snobs

Glad you reviewed this one. I enjoy this one a lot. I don't have the old one but i just love the smell of the new one. One of the best woodsy fragrance i own.
This fragrance got me into the frag community and is always gonna be special to me. It's a very good fragrance and there really isn't much out there that smells like it. It's good even if it smells nothing like the original. You should really try this one out even if you've been on the fence on trying this out bc it's different. It seriously doesn't deserve all the hate it gets at all.
Did a skin test at Sephora today and saw this review among many more and you are one of the few I consider as a viable constructive review. I will be getting a sample but After wearing it for the day your description is spot on great work I enjoy your videos.

Some good thoughts man, interesting. It’s an awesome fragrance, the dry down is the best it just gets richer as it develops and then slowly tapers off but still hits you with some beautiful wafts of fruity earthy notes
Great review. I appreciate that you saw the fragrance for what it was( its own masterpiece) and not just hate on it like all the other OG dior fan boys. Smelt it today at sephora and i thought it was amazing so i ordered it. Keep up the good reviews. 👍
This is a great review, they really should have called it Dior Signature. Edit so I finally sampled this on skin this week and it did not work with my olive skin, I could not smell it at all after 20 minutes it was basically non existent, so do sample this !
Great review. I have this along with Homme Sport 2021 & the After shave. Dior always sets trends that the other Designers follow. I don't know why 90% of reviewers diss this fragrance?
Love this! Something on this just pops! I love Iso E Super (Molecule 1) that I layer with all my fragrances and will again with this one. This is SO nice! I'm gonna get a back up bottle soon.
As a parfum rookie I 100% agree with your review. It's a nice smell, easy to wear, it doesn't overwhelm you, doesn't scream "smell me" more like a reward for people who is close to you. Wood notes is like women's flowers scents for men. I really love that fragrance.
I love musky and woody fragrance that's why i love this one. Don't know why but the smell reminds me of Terre d'hermes EDT but fresher and sexier. Long lasting on my skin. I bought this because I was surprised by the strong projection even though I only sprayed very very little because the sample bottle was empty. I thought I wouldn't be able to smell it on my hands. But 30 minutes later...boom! So crazy! even lasts longer than the "stronger with you" that I spray a lot.
I skipped this after all this mess on fragrantica,and than after some purchase on Notino they sent me a sample of this and oh boy i learn my lesson right away,this is actually really nice,simple,fresh,manly,classy,upscale and sexy beast that sits on my skin all day..definetely bottle worthy and i missed 2years of amazing scent that could acompany me on my skin..im orderin this 150ml
It's just a solid fragrance guys. It's a great companion smell to Bleu de Chanel, has that same classy comfortable warm feeling but taking out the aquatic part and increasing the woods a bit. If you own both it's like being able to dial in the same fragrance from a more youthful vibe to a more mature one. If that makes sense. So nothing like the original, but a more wearable one, for sure.
If you lookin for the iris, this aint for you. But I got the most compliments from this within 1st week of wearing vs any other fragrance ive wore around people, some being aqua di gio profumo, d&g the one, creed aventus, viking, la nuit de lhomme. It is light, super long lasting even though you may go nose blind to it, people around you will smell it. Definitely one of my top 5. Purchase, rock it, thank me later. 😉. Hope they make an intense version
Just bought mine this week, and it's one of my favorite already, I have all the top 🐕, so... For the people that don't like... Just try it instead of comparing it to the old ones.
I wore it for the 1st time yesterday. I got compliments when i arrived at work, Not even 15minutes when i arrived. They want to buy it as well to gift to their husbands.

I like your reviews just wish they were put into sections. Like packaging, sent profile, wearability etc., you’re kinda free flow. Which is also nice. Makes them more conversational but as a viewer makes it harder to get to a where I want to go. I’d that makes sense

4:18 man thats crazy i just smelled Dior Homme 2020 for the 1st time 2 days ago, and when trying to explain how i feel about it, i came with this same conclusion: Dior Homme is a year rounder, all season type of fragrance similar to what you get from Savauge, bdc, ysl y, luna rossa carbon etc but even smoother, refined and polished. I even specifically said how i like prada LRC more than sauvage because its smoother Im watching DH2020 reviews and funny how we thought the exact same thing
I really like this but somehow it turns sour on my skin whereas the DHS which is more lemony does not - strange. Do you get that sour note at dry down? Smells like rotten food that soured.
I've never smelled the original. I just got this. But this seems a "just OK" scent - it's primarily aroma chemical based. Smells pretty generic to me. Again not bad.
It very much IS a good scent BUT buyer beware---it doesn't resemble in any way any previous iteration of Dior Homme. Pay attention to the ingredients. He's giving a good review of the 2020 version.
Why bother comparing to the og, do people just can't get around. Dior still sells the og while pushing the new 2020. The og isn't completely killed anyway so the frag comm just complained something for nothing.
I realy don't like the Dior line from what I tried! To powdery lipstick like smell, which I absolutely hate, don't understand iris in that sense is labelled as masculine! This may, hopefully be the on I give a trie!
Hah! If it only had Cedar Vetiver and Patchouli, it would be SO much better of a fragrance. There's as much citrus top notes in this as "Bleu de Chanel Parfum". It may as well be... A slightly less expensive "Bleu de Chanel"....maybe call it "Bleu de Dior"...lol.
