In this lecture we discuss ELISA basics and Direct ELISA technique. We also discuss how ELISA Test is performed and it's procedure.
ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is a plate-based assay technique designed for detecting and quantifying substances such as peptides, proteins, antibodies, and hormones.

Mam in direct Elisa we find antigen but in diagram the antigen is already fixed . According to this we can only find antibody .....? Pls explain mam ...

Ma'am, if the antibodies don't bind with the antigens then how will they give false colour change? There should be no colour change in case of no binding?

hello mam kya apko lagta hai ki main safe hu 1- hiv rna pcr quantitaive 34 day is TND 2- ANTIBODY AND CD4 TEST -negetive and normal 3- cbc .report normal 2 time (one month ) 4- combo test after 8 week comes negetive 5- westren blot test after 56 days comes negetive . (still not symtoms but feeling illness due to to Anxiety , and Acid reflux
