Craig when I was learner had kmx 125 being young dumb etc. didn’t realise power value cover on barrel was plastic I managed to over tighten deformed new part lesson learnt I wish I was courier in shite city did a lot of miles all done nuts up after doing top end rebuild only to find brace off head to frame had come undone not small end think I known better now great series bud

as usual it look like new, probably better then new. I have been looking now for years for a tiny bench lathe and they are just rare as hens teeth around here.

I'm surprised you chose body filler for engine casings over something like JB Weld/liquid metal. Does body filler stand up to the temperature cycling OK?
