Welcome back to my channel! 🌟 In this video, I open up about my experience being discharged from the hospital after a challenging two-month journey through eating disorder treatment. After what felt like an eternity, I am finally able to return home for four precious days. 🤩
Now, as I embark on this short-lived homecoming, I invite you to join me in reflecting on the progress made and the hurdles yet to overcome. This is the first step in the direction of transitioning back to the everyday life. Together, let's celebrate the small victories and acknowledge the ongoing battle against this relentless illness.
Whether you're someone who's also on a journey to overcome an eating disorder, a supporter looking for insight, or simply curious about my story, I hope this video offers inspiration, encouragement, and a sense of connection.
Thank you for being a part of my journey. Your support means the world to me. Remember, you're not alone, and there's always hope for a brighter tomorrow!
Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more updates on my recovery journey and other inspiring content. Let's continue to spread love and positivity together. ❤️

I have just had the same situation and 19 weeks in hospital but it is helpful to get you on a decent schedule and I really value and agree with what u said about freedom and being in hospital made me realise that. Definitely try and keep making videos as it is cool to say your part of the world as well as your updates. The crystal shop looked cool. bye for now

You seem to walk a lot 😢. Perhaps you should have a snack to replenish the energy lost while walking? (On top of your other meals and snacks. ) You didn't have a morning snack either 😢
