I have an Apple TV and when I share the screen via airplay, my display lags, freezes and even stops. So I plan to try this, I think you should have it work much better. I play games through the ps5 controller on the phone and use the TV because of the larger screen
@@a10b10x have you tried this yet and if so hows the input lag. I play games on my phone and love phone controls but cant see my screen very well as its small / the buttons cover the screen. Was hoping since I have muscle memory for controls maybe I could have my monitor display my phone screen to see everything better.
@@a10b10xhaving this exact same issue…games run perfectly on my iPhone screen with ps5 controller but when I screen mirror to a tv it freezes and is unplayable. I thought maybe a real cable would eliminate the freezing and lag
Yeah but unlike tvs I don’t think monitors have airplay I just got a monitor arrived today and set it up in like 5 minutes but i noticed I couldn’t screen mirror my phone to it
I also have an iphone and this works good for netflix but on yt it doesn’t say mirroring on tv and displays it smaller than thr monitor’s screen 😭 someone pls help
In the video it says "Any thing you play on your phone will also display on your TV". If I use the camera of my iPhone, i.e. if I put my iPhone camera on PHOTO or VIDEO mode, and I start to poit the camera of my iPhone to some object: Will be displayed in parallel on my TV what ever I am pointing the camera of my iPhone?
People dont buy apple MFI or non apple adapters because original apple adapter does not need a lightning connector just connect hdmi and its good to go.
If you want to tea, if you part of clue sesame, don’t do that just go to your settings that’s where your battery percentage is and select screen mirror
this is a external monitor not a tv, airplay doesnt work on this. this works for most stuff but doesnt play full length movies like on netflix. not sure why, im looking in how to resolve this. any ideas? this is for my camper travel van so im using a monitor not a tv.
Don’t know about you but many people on here including myself have used screen mirroring on our smart tv and the shit lags way too much. This is the more consistent option for people experiencing delay. There’s a reason people make videos like these knowing that screen mirroring and airplay exist.
I got the hdmi cable today plugged the 2 cables into the back of tv.and the other end to my phone.and nothing it don't work.im 99% sure I plugged everything rite.is there a setting on my phone I got to turn on.can anybody help me please thanks
