This song reminds me of when John thought that trolls were triggered by cleaning supplies so whenever he saw something for cleaning he would hide it immediately. I just forget when that happened in the webcomic...

no, it's because for the trolls it was embarrassing to be caught looking at buckets, and vriska told john that it was cleaning utensils to be embarrassing, this is found out by reading homestuck

If you didn't realize, A Taste for Adventure also has bit parts from Carefree Victory, Showtime, and Ballad of Awakening, maybe more-but yep, Dissension features heavily.
