Overnight oats with berries are a nutritious and convenient breakfast option. Soaking oats overnight give you creaminess and the berries provide burst of flavors. When I first tried this recipe I was surprised how easy it was and how wonderful. You have to try it and you will be delighted. Blackberry jam is just optional but makes it more delicious so please don't skip this step.
Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 and a 1/4 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup of plain coconut yogurt
1 or 2 tbsp honey (optional)
For the blackberry jam
2 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries
3 tbsp of sweetener of your choice I used Xylitol
Fresh berries for decoration
