Love all that you do, absolutely beautiful! Just thought I'd throw this out there, SLSA doesn't have to be sifted, can add after other ingredients are sifted, it just helps prevent airborne particles.
Absolutely beautiful ! I used to make bath bombs but I don’t anymore. I absolutely hate making them. However when I did I used to call them soap Bombs because instead of using the Royal icing I used Cold Process Soap as the icing. Cause a lot of ppl told me that they feel like they pay for a whole cupcake but there not able to use some of it and they said they didn’t like it as a sugar scrub so I tried Cold Process Soap and piped that on the cupcakes. It’s pretty it stay on. Try it u might love it! But girl , absolutely gorgeous!

Those are so cute!!! Just a tip… if you only fill the bag halfway, you are able to easily pipe it out with better control. Being a pastry chef for 20 yrs, I learned that a less full piping bag is much easier 😊
This recipe looks amazing and thanks for it👏❤️ Could I substitute meringue powder with something else? 🙏 Maybe a combination sugar powder and milk powder? In my country it is very hard to find it. Only to specialise online website for pastry 🙄 and is very expensive 🙄

I love your thought on no waste! I have 2 containers full of bath bombs that were made from reputable kits, but they stain the tub so bad. Any suggestions on the reuse of those deep purple little stain bombs?

You do not need a preservative for the bombs. And her recipe doesn't have one for the frosting, and from what I can see, as there's no water in the recipe, it shouldn't need any.

That's a really good point. I would say if you're prone to yeast infections, don't put sugar in the bath. I'll be doing a sugar free bath bomb frosting video soon, for just this reason.
I was a bit surprised that you didn't mask before the baking soda! It's not much easier to work around than the SLSA.btw: that's a "screen sieve", not a collander! And just for the record,there's a fair bit of citric acid in the O.J. itself...? Loved the tips and suggestions re: bathbomb fails! Excellent suggestions!
That’s a good question. No, it doesn’t make for a sticky bath at all…. It’s rather like a sugar scrub, and with a tub full of water, it’s a small amount.
SLSA makes the bath bomb bubble like bubble bath would bubble. You can make a bath bomb without it but it will be a beautiful fizzy and you won’t have any bubble. But the bath bomb will still be beautiful and amazing for your skin.
Slsa not being a natural ingredient l personally would prefer to keep it out. My second question is how much would you adjust the liquid for leaving it out?
Sort of related... soap and candles that look remarkably like food are so uncanny to me. There is a lady at my farmers market who makes candles and wax melts that look like banana split ice cream, cheesecakes, donuts, a pile of fruit, popsicle ice cream, etc. My brain can't handle it!
I love your channel, love your videos, but I gotta say, I am concerned about that powdered sugar going into a bath. Potential for yeast / fungal infections - women, you know this is not fun - or exacerbating already existing yeast / fungal infections.
