great job .......a practical solution. I'm doing this job today on my 2003 . Strewth ..........I'd rip that warning bell out of there..... it would drive me to madness.....oh wait I'm already mad lol
I have a couple of tips for this job you can try a easy out bit. but first I try vise grip pliers and i use the new vamplier type after I spray with rust pent let it set in the vamplier tool are grate for this type of work
After drilling the heads off the bolts, why didn't you just use some PB blaster along a pair of vice grips, remove the 4 studs, then go get 4 new replacement bolts to hold the coil pack, this puts it back to factory condition. I know it would take a little bit longer to do, but will be better in the long haul.
dont let your gas go this low .I have been working on the focus since 2004 . low gas can cause problems evap fuel pump running conditions as well start with filling your tank do not top off when it clicks thats it
