Update: 4yrs later still using this DIY cheap motorcycle phone mount. It works. Share with someone who needs a DIY motorcycle phone mount. Perfect if a RAM mount is not a good option for your bike (like the Ninja 250), plus it saves you some money and it's universal because you drill/melt the holes wherever you need them to fit around the other objects clamped to your handlebars.
I recommend a phone case in this style and material one for the project. It doesn't have to be this exact one, this is just an example. Search "belt clip phone case" and sort by "plastic" as the material.
