That looks really nice. But that's a lot of work for just a rental. But again it turned out terrific I really like the shiplap look

That’s what Blake said 😂😂 but it honestly was really bad and as a tax accountant I maximized the write offs 😂 we knew it needed work and I didn’t want to do work and have it still be ugly and dreary. The shiplap was more work but cheaper than replacing all the broken paneling so it balanced out pretty well. Our renters are a sweet young couple with a new baby so I wanted it to be beautiful and clean for them. Their baby boy is a doll 🥰🥰🥰

Thanks Esther! 🥰🥰🥰 I’m excited too! I almost wanna move there myself lol it’s mainly just a little paint elbow grease. We were going to do a thin plywood so it looked like real wood but this was cheaper. When I do it in our home for an accent wall or something I prob will use the plywood.

We thought about that at first too! But now we’re buying the other little trailer across the street and making it a vacation rental/guest house. We get lots of fishermen and hunters down here. 🥰
