Really? I've always used 2:1. I'm sure that'd make it more fizzy, but if you make it super visually appealing wouldn't you want it fizz nice and slowly?

I read this is a dangerous additive. Please google polysorbate 80 before using.

Its not dangerous its actually in about 90° of the candy you eat .

A K Polysorbate 80 is actually a very safe emulsifier

A K is Probably not.. I would put it in a very small plastic tub or box, barely big enough to fit it and it should be a-okay! Maybe add bubble wrap on the bath bomb and then in a box.
