I love it your ideas could you and your husband help me redo my kitchen I can't stand dark brown kitchen it needs to be more light blended backslash wall and my counter tops is designed old and my mom use sharp knife use it like a cutting board
I'm sure your husband wouldn't appreciate that. Maybe others can be sentimental but it is your responsibility and choice to lift him up and especially not tear him down on social media, regardless of if he sees it out not. Please champion him.
Just beautiful! Looks very nice, neat & clean. A suggestion If I may...how about if you leave the green garland off the kitchen window? I think it will look better, especially now with all the great & beautiful upgrade job!! 🙂
My Big rooster used to come into the kitchen through the back door that led out to the garden. No biggie, he just wanted to visit and see what was going on. I love that rooster. Even when he was big I would pick him up and stroke his neck and he would nestled into me with his eyes closed in pleasure. They’re just sweethearts.

Rustoleum came out with cabinet transformations...offers 24 different colors and 4 step process...i did our home including bathrooms for $160.00 you can scrub them...have had it for 5 years now...did top ones in birch color. Bottom ones in dark gray...love them to death.
How did you put the granite paper in the corner? Was it wide enough to cover the small side? Also, for the small piece that lays against the wall, did you put the paper on that separately and then just put them back on the wall?

Love the final look. I painted my cabinets but really hate my countertops and backsplash. It's all laminate and one piece that rolls up the backsplash from the counter in the corner where it meets the wall. Can't afford to change it all yet but this will be a great change for a year or 2. My biggest question is how did you do the corner L shape? Mitered? How are is that seam holding up? Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

Did you number the doors with the cabinets, so all got matched back up after painting? I've painted kitchen cabinets twice, and it's a lot of work! Saves $s to DIY but, lots of work!

I have been thinking of painting my cabinets but the paint gives me a horrible headache the only paint I use is chalk but Annie Sloan is so expensive. Is Valspar strong in fumes
With this enamel paint you see no brush marks. It’s super smooth. You would go through a ton more paint if sprayed but I’m sure it would equally look the same!

So this is my channel not his....he didn’t want to be on camera. I respect his wishes. He did way more than what was shown because once again it’s my channel and you’re literally getting a 20min snippet of an entire week. He did way more than his share. Plus, I’m an independent woman...I can do things on my own!
I see so many doing their kitchen countertops with contact paper... Bad idea!! Looks great when you first do it, but a knife scrap here and there you will be redoing it... Just saying
