This is my one year anniversary in my zoysia lawn! I've got about half an acre that I cut with a tractor, but it's something about zoysia that seems to strip real nice even with out a kit. Congrats 🥳 brother!

Do you think is the broom is weighted down just a little it would stripe even better? I did a DIY striping kit with PVC pipes and sand that kinda drags over the grass and not roll and I find it very difficut to strip with it. I think adding more weight would help my PVC set but I'm looking for alternative options. Thanks

Not this year tim, new baby so going to give myself a break from having to mow all year. Did overseed with bluegrass up front if you haven't seen the video

@@ShaneHeath Ah cool. Congratulations BTW. I did the annual rye last year for a new 3 acre lawn, then planted bermuda in the spring before my rye died off. Which I let it die naturally by scalping. No chemicals, and my bermuda actually filled in thick from seed on all 3 acres. I'm going to do ryegrass again. I'm also in NC so it's still to warm I think haha.

I just keep my motor and blade properly maintained and it stripes it just fine without a broom… I also have about 15 oak trees so I do a lot of raking anyways. 😂😂😂
