How to stripe a lawn with out a striping kit? Basically it is just the way the grass blades are bent over. Bending of the grass blades and the sun angles give you that striping affect.
Mowing Patterns and lawn striping patterns can enhance the striping look. Mow the lawn at the highest settings and train your lawn by going the same direction a couple of times to "burn" in the stripe affect.
