I've found that the cans of truck bed coating are more durable over time than the cans of flex seal. Loving the change in the channel...Keepin it fresh!!!
I’d have to agree with you, the rubber bed liner is good stuff. I couldn’t find white at the store though, only black, I’m trying to keep it white to hopefully keep slightly cooler in the hot months. Thanks for watching clipz ✌️😁
@@JMERCHRIDES Its all paintable as well if your not able to find white again. And i have had a problem with wasps and other insects getting in and tunneling in spray foam before , maybe a coat of rubber underneath might help. cant wait to see you start traveling brotha!!!
Definitely going to go with a full 360 seal job, that foam is nice but if it gets wet it’s not so good, I’ve never tried flex seal so I’m going to see what it’s all about, If I don’t like it I can just spray more rubber on it I think 🤔 Thanks for the feedback, I was wondering if anyone had used it

Dude good idea, I was going to make a couple compartments or a table top, I’m trying to use all the spaces. Those batts back there brought the tongue weight down nicely and should offset me sleeping in it well too ✌️
Look on Amazon you will be able to find welding rods for aluminum with a regular propane tank all you have to do is clean it good with a stainless steel brush it's easy and it works great almost like brazing steel but easier

The more forward that you put the heavy things the more out of limits the tongue weight is. It’s sort of like a balancing act. For example if I put the 140lbs of batteries in the front the tongue weight wound be WAY too much to be safe. It’s using leverage and physics to offset the batt weight 👍
I thought the same at first but after 4 years of cleaning them off, I’ve yet to scratch a single piece. I think they use special materials or something. It’s pretty impressive actually. I would have to scrape off the tree sap from them with a razor, and nothing, it’s cool 😎
Merch.. put those batteries on and take it for a ride (not faster then 50) I am super worried that you'll see a horrible wag possible catastrophic fishtail action due to load being behind the axle .. I love the look and the access it will have for everything but you need to take her for a test ride .. wrap it in a tarp if your worried of moisture or want to see how the wind will effect it during travel. Your doing alot of amazing design and fabrication bro. #CANCERSUCKS Thanks for the share.
Don’t worry man, I’m working on the forward portion and there is going to be a lot of weight in the front, trust me On this one, still a lot of weight to be added. All in good time my friend. If for whatever reason it’s no good when I’m all finished I’ll just move components around but it should be just fine. Without the batteries in the back, the tongue weight would be out of limits
Yes, I registered my at the town office and it was 16$. I had to provide proof that I bought some materials, I showed them my steel records from my bank account (screen shot), and had to provide basic information like address and personal info. I was in and out with a plate in 30 mins. I called my insurance and made sure it’s covered by my motorcycle insurance and since it’s just a cargo trailer (not a vehicle trailer) it’s covered. If you’re towing a vehicle with it you’ll need separate insurance for that I believe. Tell them it’s a “Home Built” trailer, completely legal, hope this helps 👍

It’s funny you mention it, the amount of subs I’m losing is getting matched with new ones some days, but I’m usually losing slightly more. So it’s ok I think. I keep an eye on my RU-vid studio and everything is on par to actually outperform my old videos in a few months which is very encouraging, and while it takes time to grow (3rd channel now) the ads are what will help because RU-vid will push the videos since it stands to make profit. Sad but true. I’m honestly just having fun doing it and I’m actually already making 1$ a day, not much but it’s a start, and every video I make adds to it, so it’s a long process of building monetized videos as well as making good and interesting content. I’d say at this point it’s just a matter of time before I can support myself on it. It’s so fun regardless 😁✌️
