Thank you for the great idea and information, it is not complicated and looking nice so far. you did a very good job explaining and good video as well.
Good video. Now I have a basis of how to do mine. I want to put mine in the garage. I am thinking maybe a rectangle that is 8ft length x 4ft width with a depth that is 3ft or 4ft.
I loved your idea, this is exactly the same pond I have in my mind but I was still thinking how to build. I will grow shrimp on mine. what was the final cost for this pond and the rubber you covered the pond? Thank You
Cost around 900. Wood nails filter hoses and miscellaneous stuff. The most expensive was the liner at 280 dollars the pump was 150. Thanks for the comment
Is the pond Still up and running also how are your koi going on? Also do you have a cover like what stopps rain on the wood I live in UK and rains a lot so would I need yo treat my wood or build a cover for it? Thanks
@villainmediaproductions5237 thanks for the info 👍 you are indeed correct on the sizing. Did you purchase liner through Amazon? Or was if procured locally to you
@@villainmediaproductions5237 if you have any questions for future builds I may be able to help because I’m a carpenter by trade, but I will say that I like how you used the 4x4 posts on the corners. Definitely a good move.
Your walls and floor are 12x16 you could go 1ft over like 13x17 or 2ft 14x18 liner. Also a 45 mil liner was thick and heavy so have help when doing it. I makes it easier to install
