OMFestivalGods! Going on a cruise and needing clothing that allows for multiple outfits. They won't allow my regular Burning Man attire so multiple tulle skirts to the rescue! @@kyalilmomma glue the battery pack to the outside of your waist and glue the lights around the skirt (hot glue doesn't damage the lights) or if you want want a battery pack on your waist just put it in your bra or something

I really like the effect of the knot-technique, the skirt becomes so fluffy. It's much cuter than the the more complicated sewing technique. However, I'm not the biggest fan of the knots themselves. Does anyone here think it would be possible to cut out strips, as in this video, and sew them on the backside of a satin ribbon. In order to get rid of the knots?

You can see it on a waistband that you've made. Cut out the strips the same as she did. Pin them to the waistband & sew! But then you would have to prob put in a zipper
