DIY Turmeric Capsules Supplements 

I am so glad I found your channel. I wanted to make my own tumeric/black pepper mix but wasn't sure what ratio to use. I have been using your ratio and taking 4 tsp. per day. It really does help with inflammation. I had a huge cystic pimple on my cheek. It was huge and inflamed and embarrassing. I was told it would take weeks into a month for it to heal, or I could go to a dermatologist and they would give me something that would heal it in couple of days. I had started taking the turmeric mixture and it healed in 3 days. So, now I'm hooked!!!!

So glad I found this video! I take 2-4 capsules a day and 90 of them cost me 47.00. Getting to be too much to pay so I am about to start making my own also! ♥️

Wow! this is the way to do it! That east end turmeric is dirt cheap and so is the black pepper. so much cheaper than holland and barrett who charge £17 for 100 capsules of this stuff. Thanks alot for sharing, its gona save me a ton of money

Kind of wish I'd seen this before I spent money on the capsule making machine thing. But I saved money by growing & drying my own turmeric so I guess I'm not too far behind. Good video thanks.

Yours is the simplest capsule making DIY I have ever seen! Very smart and creative - I mean, just dipping that larger part of the shell into the powder bin - quite creative.

I have been researching tumeric because lm fed up with the pain associated with arthiritis. I brought some tumeric in capsule form which says take one a day but l wonderedif l was taking the right dose....so there l am scrolling through RU-vid and l came across yours....fantastic now l can make my own at a fraction of the price and lm going to take 2 a day....your video is so helpful...thankyou much love xx

Wow easy more practical and convenient...

This is OK if you only take 1 or 2 caps. I saw a guy use a shoe box. Took the lid off, marked the hole grid on the top of the box. Poked out the holes. (use an empty cap to get proper size for this). Afterwards, took the box and turned it around to flat side up, and put the lid on. (bottom of the box) and he can slid the lid of the shoe box up and down. Slide it up so caps will sit flush with the holes, put ya powder in, scrap around the holes to fill them all in. Next just simply press down on the lid and all caps rise up. Put ya caps on and done. Can make a 50 count, 75 count, believe a 100 count as well. Figured I'd pass the info on.

Thanks for the video. I have been taking turmeric for the past 3 years to help with my painful knees, I have not lost the weight I wanted to and so they are in much pain. However, now my teeth are stained, and I know its the turmeric. This will be a great way to prevent further teeth staining. This was so much better than the pill fill tool I saw. I also added paprika and cinnamon to the tablet. Much appreciated.

I'm interested in the quantity intake. You're taking two capsule a day, which isn't much. I see other videos where they use 200 ml of warm water and 2 teaspoon of tumeric powder twice a day. So that's 4 teaspoons of tumeric powder per day vs your two capsule per day.

What is your recipe for making turmeric and black pepper capsules

Good video and yes tumeric must be combined with freshly ground black pepper in order for it to release to help the properties of the turmeric the only problem is is you don't give your dosage amount so for someone who doesn't know what they're doing can add way too much black pepper to the equivalent of turmeric measurements would be a nice addition to this

Hlw dear it i dont get capsules form then how much i can take 1/2 teaspoon or 4?

Could we first add curcumin/black pepper mixed powder to the capsule then tamp it down with tamper, then add a drop of coconut oil then cap it?

If you can do it with turmeric, then you can do it with other herbs also, right?

will the tumeric have the same affect as if you were to eat it without the capsules

Great! Does it affect other medications like Levothyroxine and how it works? I heard that turmeric deactivates the effect of other meds (chemical ones). I would really love to know because I want it to heal my skin and gut.
