You are using too much ingredients use it in less quantity else it will harm your Body and better to not use any sweetened in it better to drink without it.....All over method is correct. In India we drink everyday this Golden Milk.
@@celiakoni4687 just put lilte of turmeric in milk and boil the milk for 3 to 2 min so the raw turmeric power doesn't taste raw while drinking and even it will beneficial when you boil it and then drink it and that's it and if you have back pain eat jaggery along with milk your back pain will gone and no cold will catch you in winters
He also has another video on his channel showing how to make the turmeric paste. Super simple! He used coconut oil. I just made it & stored in my refrigerator. Then you can use whatever milk you want to use throughout the week. I use 1 teaspoon of the paste with a cup of almond milk.
Faz a pasta com 2 colheres sopa em meio copo de água adiciona 1/2 meia colher chá pimenta do reino cozinha em fogo baixo, até ficar creme. Daí guarda na geladeira. Aí vc faz o o leite Dourado (Golden milk) mistura uma colher de chá do creme ou pasta em 2 xícaras de leite esquenta en fogo mínimo, na receita dele vc também adiciona 1 colher chá de canela em pó e mel se quiser doce. Daí toma durante o dia. Obs a pasta vc guarda na geladeira.e😯 Nossa agora q vi q faz um ano 😄 .se vc ainda tiver por aí ..
